Congratulations. What are the specs? Do you need PC-only games or just good games to play on your PC? If the latter, then I'll also add something to the suggested games: Metro 2033 Crysis 1-2(why not?) Max Payne 3(it's MUCH better on PC) Oh, and Legend of Grimrock, can't remember anything else right now.

I think it's horrible. Not simply horrible, it's shit. Played a couple of rounds to unlock new weapons and that's all. They tried to make something similar to CoD and failed miserably. The weapons are nice though.

BF2 expansion pack + booster packs = 50$, so it's not that diffirent from BF2. And if you don't want to pay LOADSAMONEY, just buy Premium from Brazil or India for 25$, fuck da police.

Oh boy, that was bad. Halo looks as always(like shit), fucking dancing, fucking sports games, fucking kinect, more casual shit... Given how Nintendo always has the worst casual fest among "the big third" with it's mariozelda shit, I can't imagine what it'll be like... I just realized that a long time ago E3 always used to get me excited *and* was interesting to watch. Damn. PS: new Tomb Raider looks kinda neat.

One of the best PC ports that I've seen. Seriously, 150-300 fps and good visuals? I mean, console version looks good, but this is really surprising, I even restored some of my faith in Rockstar. The story is still shit, but the gameplay is fun. I just remembered one kotaku article where they said that you need to spend about 2-3 thousands of dollars on PC to play this game on max settings. Fucking peasants.

There's lots of narration in form of cutscenes. Too much, I'd say. Felt like one third of the game, honestly. I believe this problem was mentioned in one of the RPS articles.

Alrighty then, I completed the first disc on Xbox360(not going to burn the second one, will wait for my copy on steam), and I am not pleased. The graphics are very good, those trailers don't lie. Best looking rockstar game. The amount of details in the environments is, as usual in Rockstar games, astounding. Controls... well, good luck playing without aim assist on controller. The only way to enjoy this game is to play with Kb+mouse. MP matches on consoles would probably look like сerebral palsy children fighting. There's just no satisfaction in aim assist, but without it you can't hit shit while moving and jumping. The rest is difficult to describe, because it's hardly a Max Payne game. For example, there's scene where you are hanging on the helicopter rails and SHOOT DOWN INCOMING RPG ROCKETS WITH YOUR BERETTA IN SLO-MO. There's also a boat chase. Machine gun, loads of boats, unlimited ammo, shit ton of explosions. CoD-like. You have a fucking partner who follows you on every mission and calls you "bro". FUCKING CUTSCENES EVERYWHERE. The first half an hour is basically one big cutscene. I'm sure I've forgotten something, but these are from the top of my head. Strangely, no regenerating health. "I wanted to dig inside my skull and scrape out the pain."

Finally, they admit it. Logged in during those free 7 days they gave me in april. Only 3 players on Ilum. About 70% of the servers are currently light(read "empty"). Expect f2p next year. Hell, maybe even this year.

Looks like it's time for me to give the original another shot. I loved the hell out of it but was terrible at it so I gave up after failing the third or fourth mission multiple times.

What's so special about it? It will be the same as previous CoDs with minimal deviations. I just hope the map design will be better than in blops. "pilotable vehicles and branching, non-linear storyline." Seem to be more than minor deviations from the formula of follow man, shoot other mans + on rails vehicle stuff. Who believes press releases in 2012? It would be nice to have some changes, though. On the other hand, treyarch/IW usually promise CoD and deliver CoD, unlike DICE, who promised BF3 and delivered glitchy unplayable shit. Coop in mw2 and mw3 was great. Completing everything on veteran is soooooo satisfying.
