    FLD obviously you need to play Civ V with me so then when I lose first you won't feel too bad about yourself. When people tell me they reached the 1000's+ AD I'm genuinely surprised.

    Yeah it's weird to not have Captain America fight an American threat, but I'm assuming that Hulk was busy doctoring, Thor was busy not giving a shit about earth unless it affects space in general and Captain American is probably busy with the winter soldier.

    For those watching Attack on Titan I skipped through the RAW version of today's episode to see if the cliffhanger of episode 5 is resolved, and it is. With a couple of minutes to spare. They might not realize what's going on but my friends should with me in the room.

    After the craft beer night I mentioned recently, we had a mixed drink night. It boiled down to Manhattans and really sweet dessert drinks with Baileys and Kahlua. My tummy hurts.

    I just see it as a very sensitive time with the gaming community in general, and right now this move will be very harmful towards Nintendo's side. EA just got some public approval with their removal of Online Passes. I don't see Nintendo ever garnering the hate that Activision or EA have ever gotten, but do another similar move and you'll be inching closer and closer.

    Is there something wrong with me? Internet nerd-websites are hating Iron Man 3 and Star Trek... and I loved them both. Have I grown up? Or am I simply realizing summer blockbusters are not meant to be smart but fun?

      GOH is right. IM3 ain't vurry good. Posted about it in Crap Movies.

      Movies can be "fun" and still be internally coherent. Fun/smart is also a false dichotomy. It's easy to dismiss criticisms of a movie by just saying "it's meant to be fun", but the film's holes genuinely hampered my viewing experience. I don't think IM1 or 2 had the volume of holes/identity crises that IM3 did.

      If its focus on Stark as a character were more compelling, and driven by interesting conflict, it would be okay. But it wasn't very fun or smart.

    I beat it yesterday and the game is consistent the whole way through. I guess my only complaint is that the best clothing for the Triad is some ugly puffy jacket thing. While the best clothing to buy cars and for police missions are super sweet suits and ties.

    That fucked me up at first. I also love how the best car in the game, the lamborghini looking motherfucker, is so god damn fast and expensive nobody else owns it in the whole game and it handles like ass. But you'll be going so fast in races that it doesn't matter.
