I can't remember back to the PS1 era and I never played the modern games prior to this one but I've always heard her being called Lara instead of the occasional reviewer and person outside of the game calling her Laura. Until this game where everybody calls her "Lohr-ah"

yeah that's what I meant by it. That's two episodes post I remember You of them being together. I think it's a very sweet relationship and one of the best. The other being the relationship of Finn and Jake especially when the eventual talk of Finn's father happens.

Unlike what my feels were hoping for it was a sweet story of their journey NEAR the end but not AT the end. Though seeing modern Marceline treating the Ice King like a loved one got me some feels definitely.

I like my consoles too. I always have a certain attachment to them. Not to mention all the exclusives they get and the fact games tend to be designed with them in mind. I've owned one since the NES and have never missed a generation. Playing in the PC isn't the same. It's like with my car. It was my first car and I gave it a name and have a certain attachment to it/her.

I kind of want the sequel to star a slightly older more experienced Laura. I mean I'd be fine with a sequel that takes place not too long from where it left off, but imagine an older Laura that DOESN'T dress like a slut and is more realistically good looking and badass? That'd be great.

I'll agree with one aspect of his blog and that is that every video game review should have witty Cracked-like jokes throughout the paragraphs

I thought it tried too hard to be cute and completely mislead audiences with the first few trailers. But it was hard to not crack a smile with my sister snorting of laughter like a dummy

Just like with Oz and the first DM this is one of those movies I gotta watch with my family. If I go with my cynical friend we'd hate it.
