I don't really see people doing Vs anymore either. It would usually be 'the finger'. I don't think he said anything about them being different because of singular/plural. Just our equivalent. Besides, it's Vs not V's.

Technically, it's not a Rockstar game. It's a Team Bondi game being published by Rockstar. Although a lot of the UI and combat looks very Rockstar-like...

I lost one star because I don't remember how I got it and it was during that whole shake-up a while back where stars were going missing or being given randomly and whatever so I wasn't sure if I should even have one. Whoops. Then I lost another one for making a joke on one of Owen's articles, except he took it as some sort of personal attack (even though the joke was written as if from his perspective). I guess the joke was a bit too 'strongly-worded' but I'll admit it wasn't great and there was room for confusion. Got it back for making a joke on one of Ashcraft's articles though. Something to do with rabbids being used to advertise Coca-Cola and saying 'that's not the sort of coke I usually associate with those guys'.

I thought it was a blue/orange sort of thing anyway, so red's not far off. Besides, red and blue are the lights on top of modern cop cars (even if they had just red back then) so I guess it kinda makes sense. (Although, this does remind me a little of inFamous' special edition inside boxart and, therefore, a morality system)

Can't read that article while I'm at work so I'm a little in the dark. That's my point though, I don't know if Crytek have people outside doing scores or sound effects and such. Possibly an unfinished version was given to EA as a demonstration of what's going on. Is QA and testing all done inhouse? I'm not talking about review copies (which clearly this wasn't). If we're talking major assets and stuff though, it's a bit lapse; but then I doubt a studio's going to want to say 'we're a bunch of cock-ups and we can't trust our employees'.

Not sure how Crytek's development works, but isn't it possible that people involved in other parts of the production could have leaked it? Possibly somewhere at the publishers? Happens a lot with films and such.
