  1. So that's where Jack got all his TAY points! From attacking people. BARF!
  2. Hey, I have hearts on my profile. But it appears I've been assaulted!

Hmm, it seems we don't have regenerating health. I'm off to smash pots and hack at patches of grass!

  3. That's heck of rude. HECK OF!
  4. Party, party, party hard Party in a dude's backyard Party, party, party nice Party hard, to be precise http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39EPhSWA30E
  5. I like that instead of searching for what any of this means you devoted time to finding a picture of a guy scratching his head. Basically, while things may appear normal it can affect latency for things that are very sensitive to this, ie. games.
  6. Fuck yeah! Although, I had this on Game Boy. Still awesome. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xOk5XUOeD7E Forgot how awesome the music was.
  7. Speeds may appear the same, but it severely messes up your ping or something.
  8. My friends live too far away and there are no concrete plans. Plus, the local train station is closed, meaning no easy transport to somewhere like London (not that going there on NYE is great). Apparently, I will be stuck at home with my parents. Might see if I can get my mum to watch (more importantly, understand) Inception.
  9. Hehe. I wasn't serious. Even if you're a full-fledged Kotakuites Steam Group regular, I'm not bothered. Not sure what the beef was either.
  10. Loved TMNT II: The Arcade Game and Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers as well as Probotector (European version of Contra where they replaced humans with robots).
  11. Cool band, Sicky. Just listening through this album.
  12. 'Cheese it!' 'You mean dip it?' 'Cheese dip it!' Being English, I'm afraid I have heard none of these.
  13. See, I never liked any of the bosses in the TMNT games. Sure they could be badass, but it seems the only tactic is to try and find the right place to stand in order to hit them but just about avoid their instant retaliation. I can't really remember any decent X-Men Legends or Marvel: Ultimate Alliance bosses, although the one at the end of X-Men Legends was OK. I remember you actually had to employ a bit of thought rather than the usual 'pound on them until they die'. Having said that, the first boss in Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 was alright; just a matter of keeping back the hordes of enemies, avoiding missiles and attacking when you had the chance. I was pretty proud of myself for beating that on the hardest difficulty with no deaths (you only get two 'healing tokens' at a time now)
  14. But, guys, he's from Steam. It means we have to automatically hate him for...something. That reminds me, I've been meaning to hop on for some more Resistance 2 co-op sometime.
  15. Wow. I had no idea that even existed (never had the Knuckles part...nor am I skilled enough), that's pretty awesome.
  16. Fuck it. Was gonna try and get an early night but I'll join you guys for co-op if it's not too late.
  17. Yeah, I started thinking Quake or something.
  18. Yeah. I said Bungie games had great openings, but this was a little lacking. I mean, partly surfing down to Earth on a hull door is pretty cool, but I feel there should've been something like the bit with Master Chief fighting Covenant on the ship (which was shown in a rubbish comic). Something beyond a little fighting in a jungle.
  19. And I can take or leave it if I please

    Pets!

If your dog is an asshole...looks like it takes after its owner! Aha!
  21. Wasn't his article about his experiences. Originally, the guy who wrote that comment had actually been complaining about people ruining Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood because the game allowed them to win by sheer quantity of kills over quality. I believe Ethan had mentioned that point before, and I guess it speaks more for poor balancing on the developer's behalf.
