$500 + no accessories and a free OS will be closer to next-gen than current gen. Just a quick google of benchmarks shows it running games better than the console versions and even handling a heavyweight like Metro Last Light at 45fps. BF4 benchmark I saw had it running at 85fps. 1080p and high settings is the standard for PC game tests but many tests go even higher. Part of that is of course what processor they pair with it but this thing will not be a slouch for performance. Most console games run at 720p (sometimes lower) and what is generally equivalent to medium settings. So yeah, this smokes that quite easily.

Speaking of PC gamepads... have I raged anywhere yet about ME3s lack of controller support? I've used things to map it but mapping the analog stick to the mouse is not even anywhere close to actually using a mouse. Which sucks. I want to play it from my couch. Is there some sort of really great analog to mouse software that I can use? Currently I'm using Pinnacle Game Profiler.

I think the point was that anyone who wants to become a pothead, and not a casual user, would likely already be using. I know of several people's parents who are going to buy legal weed once it's available here but they are not going to become potheads.

Yep, DS4 after using a DS3. Touchpad to navigate like a mouse= amazing. In my experience these people do denounce using a controller. Don't assume everyone is an elitist.

I dunno, I think our oversaturation with entertainment has led to the mental equivalent of a full pantry with nothing to eat. I can't count the number of times I've spent an hour or so flipping through Netflix or idly browsing the internet, bored out of my skull because nothing sounds good to watch or interesting to read. Boring people are boring. I firmly believe this. I am definitely oversatured. There's simply too many movies, books, comics, games, art installations, articles, etc, to enjoy and experience out there in the world during just one lifetime.

As far as I know, they say it was a collaboration between Tangerine Dream, Woody Jackson, The Alchemist and Oh No, then mixed by DJ Shadow It's pretty obvious that these specific artists performed different songs if you listened to the soundtrack. Plus, I know people like Deantoni Parks played on the soundtrack but for what songs?

Is there a list of who performed what songs for the GTA5 original score? A quick search doesn't show me anything.
