1. It "works" in limited usage though. I would argue that something like the gif in question lacks features like pausing and is terrible in quality. 2. Gfycat, which uses HTML5 + some tiny video format instead of flash, is faster than gifs. 3. No one uses apng as much of an improvement it is 4. Which is why we need to push something forward

It made sense in the early days when gifs were always relatively simple but now we're at the point where people are using them as mini-videos and they're just so terrible for that. Not just file sizes, but quality wise they're atrocious, and not very mobile friendly.

This is the song from the Game of Thrones trailers and now has an official video that's weird as fuck and pretty awesome. I think I've mentioned this song before when it showed up in the trailers since Chelsea Wolfe is fucking amazing. Some NSFW imagery in there so watch out.

Yeah, unless you're emulating, there's no reason to go with the PS1 version. Also, it's been like 15 years, and seeing "PSX" still triggers my OCD. You would think that people would have dropped the term, which is already incorrect, after Sony actually did release a product called the PSX.

When did I ever mention the comics or talk about the nature of the character? Everything I've said is entirely based on the movie continuity and the fact that there is no future toad picture listed. It explicitly says "Toad (past)" on the site which means it is the Toad that eventually ends up in X1. This isn't a reboot. As someone else pointed out this will probably end up retconning a bunch of shit though. As in the first 3 movies.

This is why I'd generally just say to start fresh. Shouldn't be an issue if you also have a HDD.
