Really the only thing about them I don't like is their douchey hair, but it's so glaring that it steals focus from everything else.

I thought the combat animations were amazing, and the game is gorgeous.

The character designs are awful, and exactly as I would expect from a JRPG, so unremarkable.

The drops get better as you get higher level, that's why you never saw a purple drop. You go from getting all whites, to getting whites with a few greens, to getting all greens, to getting greens with a few blues, etc.

Did you buy the digital version? That deal only applies to the digital version (unless a specific store is doing another deal). If you bought the digital version then I think (but am not positive) that you don't have to claim your PS4 code before the 15th, I think it's basically cross-buy and you get it as long as you ordered the PS3 version before the 15th.

I just got my second piece of blue Warlock armor, which I can't wear because I'm a Hunter. Apparently the game thinks I should change classes. Oh well, when I make my Warlock I'll be well kitted out real quick.

The Fortune & Glory adventure system sounds similar to the Misbehave system from Firefly, except I love that system in that game.

A starship trooper MMOFPS would be fucking awesome.
With meta game elements allowing players to be in high command. Shit.

That basically sounds like Planetside - but Planetside is PvP.
I bet it wouldn't be hard to mod Planetside into being PvE, with everyone as soldiers, and a few being commanders (when it becomes the high command gameplay). It basically would be Starship Troopers, playable.

Tomb Raider: DE for $18 is more tempting than it should be, especially considering I already played it on PC.

I just reached Cryptarch rank 3 today, got 2 decoherent engrams, both primary weapons, one decrypted to a pulse rifle, which I don't use, and the other was a strange coin. :/ *Edit* - Also: Fuckin seriously?! I just upgraded my boots, which I thought would push me up to level 22, but noooo, it had to leave like 2 pixels of the bar empty.

According to reddit, the better your Cryptarch rank the more likely you are to get better stuff from encrypted engrams.
