Yeah, from what I've heard it's basically Tropico 3.5. Also this:
-
It begins...
-
I have a -25% on all Valve games and a copy of Terraria (not from this sale, bought the 4 pack and only had 2 people to give it to). I have another gift but I can't find out what it is because it's not showing up in the inventory right now. *Edit* - Inventory finally updated, so now I have 2 lumps of coal plus that stuff.
-
This is so true it's not even funny. I loved Fables 1 & 2, but every time someone says they want Fable 3 I'm like "NOOO! Don't do it!" *Edit* - That's a little harsh. I liked the first half of the game, but the second half lacks any kind of weight whatsoever. Also fuck the sanctuary or whatever the hell they called that BS menu replacement.

The game itself isn't why Peter Molyneux gets crap, it's the ridiculous promises he made about the game before it released. If you just judge the game on its own merits then it's (imo) a pretty good action rpg.

Based solely on that link, my prediction is that the judge will say the TLA is sufficiently clear to be binding. I simply can't imagine a judge throwing out a licensing agreement between two companies written by I'm sure teams of lawyers as being too indefinite. It's possible the judge may throw out specific provisions as being too indefinite, but not the whole thing. Additionally, Bethesda bought the Fallout property from Interplay in 2004, but the lawsuit didn't even start until 2009. That means that both parties spent 5 years acting as if there were a binding contract. A judge is going to look at that and be very skeptical of any argument that there wasn't one.

I like that every other one was George Takei.

All of those composers may be great, but that list makes me start to worry about too many cooks...
-
I love that you can hear the guy who made the video laughing in the background.

Nah, I only just got the third word of Unrelenting Force.

I guess the gods saw my tweet yesterday about how I'd never seen the aurora except teeny glimpses of it through heavy cloud cover, cause this morning I saw this: http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/596957222606356855/4ECCF1C82BD7365107895D24FDFF92B058F49C81/

Yeah, America being known for its prudishness totally makes sense.
-
I've never heard "prudence" used with the meaning of "prude" before, but rather always "prudent". And I'd never thought America was considered prudent, hence my confusion.
-
So I just fast traveled and was greeted with this view. Not quite as amazing as dean's aurora pick, but it made me pause for a moment.

I think maybe this goes here: http://pressxordie.com/2011/12/17/my-game-of-the-year-the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim/

Can you elaborate on this? I'm not sure what you mean.

Level design in a game like Metroid Prime or Donkey Kong is a lot different than level design in a game like Zelda. Not saying Retro's a bad studio, but I mean I like Bungie but would be skeptical if they announced their next game would be an open-world WRPG, and I'd be skeptical about a puzzle-based action-adventure (Zelda) from Retro. Not saying it would necessarily not be good, just that the skill set for one doesn't necessarily translate to the other.

As far as the game is concerned looting and chests are identical. It's just you looking through a container. I'm sure the mod will add container support at some point.
-
Sometimes stuff will run better in windowed because there's some random weirdness happening with the code in fullscreen that's causing the lag, rather than your computer not actually being able to handle it.
-
This this this. It's always been that way in Zelda games though.
-
Let's keep the solution to the final boss in spoiler tags, okay?
-
I know I've said this before, but I've always looked at Paragon and Renegade as "plays by the rules" and "does not play by the rules" rather than a more general morality. More akin to lawful/chaotic than good/evil.
-
lol, yes! That's step 1 in my plan for world domination. No, the real reason is because playing Revelations I realized how superior the PC experience is (now that they've removed that shitty always on internet requirement). I'll probably sell my console copies. And the first image, as you might have guessed, is AC1.

Was looking for stuff to round out super saver shipping and found these for about $10 each I know they'll probably be in the Steam Christmas sale for $5 each, but shut up!

It was simply a comment and it made sense I can't remember for sure, but I thought the dialog in game made it clear that destroying the station would kill all the heretics... like it would send something through their network or whatevs that would destroy even the ones that weren't there.
