So I just found out there is a live action Rurouni Kenshin movie. This is a sign for me to watch the OVA again.

Memories of this damn level and of the many hours in multiplayer with my brother, armed with only a sniper rifle. Many times we timed our shots and ambushes with the music. Now this one... a battle of life and death in that damned ruined of a town with instant kill Panzerschrecks. Hard, BS level but memorable as hell because of this song. You want to feel trapped, cornered and helpless during a firefight? Play this damn song.

I've been out of Day Z for a few weeks and now when I go check around... I find that apparently there is an unofficial "new" map? "New" since it is an existing Arma II map just like Chernarus. Its called Lingor if I am not mistaken. Color me interested. A while back rocket has stated that he did play around with Day Z with the Arma III engine with some other Bohemia devs. He indicated that it worked pretty well. If that is true then to me it would be odd to just work with the Arma II engine when Arma III is set to be released soon enough (pushed to early 2013 I think? It was pose to be this year.). It would be even stranger if they went with their own game engine. My money is on the Arma III engine or at least one based on that engine.

Kabocha update: Only one left. The initial failed to pollinate. The secondary failed for whatever reason and my lone survivor is growing nice and big. All other flowers are aborting or dying before they mature. I guess this plant only wants one kabocha... I hope any future squashes I grow will be more bountiful. Potatoes are potatoes... I repotted my first set of mint plants and at a good time too since it was getting to the point of root bounding. I might repot my other set to give it a nice start. In a similar fashion, I repotted my lone rosemary survivor and what I think is strawberry sprouts. I doubt the strawberry will amount to anything so late but its worth a shot. The worm bin is being a worm bin. I'm giving it time to develop which may be another month or two. In that time I may start a new bin.

Shit just got real for rocket and company but with the mod still around they can still experiment before they release anything for the standalone game. Pricing wise, it is fine as it is right now but it be cool if pack/incentive between the standalone and ARMA 3 since I feel that the standalone will be based off whatever engine ARMA 3 is running. I'm worried about the future but it will be nice to have a more dedicated dev team behind this idea. Bring on the zombie hordes ala Walking Dead.

Watching Phelps and Lochte. I feel that Phelps is letting Lochte to have the spot light like a bro. That and he doesn't have as much motivation as in 2008 because of the lessen pressure. Though it is odd that he is not getting a medal at all.

If they follow with the hell world I'll be damn impressed. Might even make me poke my head in kind of impressed.

They should of revealed it by updating XIV by slowly/steadily turning the game world into what was shown in the trailer. Any players left would be wondering what the fuck is going on. Whoever left the game might become curious enough to poke back in and see the hell world. All the while with a narrative going on throughout the game world leading up to the final clash where the players can beat the incoming enemies but there just too much. Whoever is left will be pushed back until the narrator says they have no choice but to be thrown into a time portal. Whoever died will get locked out from playing but they can spectate and will have an idea what will happen. With that, it'll be the second time (?) in a Final Fantasy game where the heroes/heroines failed to save the world. Initially. Of course Square sucks now (Or forever) at being creative. So eh.

After a 6-7 months wait, Castle Story finally have a Kickstarter! I think they're doing it correctly. Back in January they had a video out which shows an early alpha build. At that point they could of done a Kickstarter but they didn't really have much to show so they took all these months to get something decent to finally do a Kickstarter with.

If the grandparent/parent are going to be getting a console, tablet or a smartphone (Let's get away from just the iPhone.). My money would be on the smart phone. Then a tablet and lastly, maybe a console. All with regard to gaming.

I just watched the last ten minutes of the soccor game between Japan and Spain. Very agressive on both sides but... Japan won. I wouldn't expect that. However Japan was a bit sloppy. They had two absolutely clear shots and somehow they didn't manage them.
