I'm slowly working my way toward Gundam Unicorn in a month with ZZ then perhaps shoot off 8th MS Team. It'll be slow going but I will eventually get to where this awesome piece plays. With such an awesome OST, it just can't help make me wonder how good the actual OVA is. Is it on the level of the 8th MS Team...?

When Day Z first came out, I was hesitant on making a thread like this since it was so hard to even get together with two people. However now that there are like a million servers, I think we can get this going. I just hope you all aren't afraid of the dark if it came down to it. So yeah, how I think we should roll is to setup a time (IRL) and place (Ingame) to meet. It should be simple enough. Ex: Friday at 2100-2115 GMT at the factory east of Dolina Server wise, I think we got to know what timezone we are all located so some of us don't get lagged to hell. I'm in California so say we have someone in the UK, then we'll choose an East Coast server. For the actual meetup, I think it we could all just hoof it there before the meeting time or something and all log in at the designated time frame. So yeah, lets do this. Let get them beans! I was whacking the infected with my hatchet and I got plenty of food and water off them. Its enough to almost start a mini game out of. I think its a good training exercise to judge when to strike an infected because there is a sweet spot where you can kill them and you don't get hurt. Hell, one time I actually snuck up on one. Then again the how well they detect you seems to vary at times.

Well, a few days ago the tablet got banned and now the Nexus got banned in the US. For now or forever. ( I think there is an analogy in here, so if it is your petpeeve, then I am sorry. ) The Japanese devs trying to make games appeal to the West always strikes me as odd. JP devs can make good games since pretty much all of us here played Japanese games in our youths and we're from the West, born and raised. Yes, they should change how they make their games but they got to still keep their "voice" in it. I do not want a gaming monoculture. I want it to be diverse. Sure games being made that way will have more appeal in certain regions but a good game is a good game. Who knows, doing that may churn out an amazing game with world wide appeal. And yes, I am comparing video game development/making to agriculture/cooking/ whatever that has core traits it need to have but the final product will still have a subjective element to it.

I love how some folks are fear mongering, especially with the folks who go on and say stuff like "Things will never be the same!". Things can be readjusted. Just watch and see how and if things will truly pan out with this. If shit absolutely hits the fan, steps can be made to revert and change the changes to better suit our needs. Trial and error. Just to let you folks know, I don't agree with some of the stuff and their implicatons.

On the long run, there has to be faster speeds and higher/no caps with larger and larger file sizes. No doubt about that but yeah, what Ethan and FDS said. Its easy as hell for PC folks.
