If it means anything, I would like to think that Mirror's Edge brings into light how you can change up the usual first-person experience which has reached its global saturation right about now... but still BF3, looks pretty sweet. Hrmm, I really wonder what will be the next Big thing after all these FPSs'. Now that is just over generalizing Minecraft fans.

I'm with MasterDex on this one and say that screen is not the final graphical option screen, its a placeholder. As for pushing boundaries... With Crysis, they made it able to go toe to toe with even stuff coming out now, 4 years later, with the cost of being pretty unoptimized. It would make sense to optimize it with CE3 then try to make some money dishing it out to other devs. Then perhaps, Crytek then go ahead with CE4, which will again push the boundaries. Lets say if they made CE4 able to hold it own after 4 years like CE2 has, well, I'm not sure what I expect to see. Making something that good looking will need quite a bit of dough. Also, I remember Crytek was really priding itself how tasty Crysis was back before it even released. Unless there were some changes inside the company (Chances are, yes), then I don't think they will abandon us PC gamers.

I absolutely have no experience in anything related to game design but... I think I will give UDK a whirl. Who knows, I may pick up a thing or two. And that GTAIV mod is still amazing even though I watched it some many times already.

My initial reaction from just the opening since I got kicked off from the game with a TF2 notification... Positive. I like what I see and this is the dumbed down DX9 version. I just might just delete the game since I feel like my first play through experience will be dampened by playing this version. Not sure... Now this game I don't mind getting day one. Might follow through my status update earlier and preorder.

WHAT THE HELl, I just played a game without a HUD and with the 'Your Team Lost" thing on my screen. Sadly, we didn't win. SO I'm guessing this is an unintended Hardcore mode...

Guys, don't leave me in the dust. ;_; And I personally have the most trouble in Assassination on the attackers side. I don't think I ever gotten close to the target. So many ISA scum to kill to get to the man!

But that was then, when every school kid and teacher had to deal with CRAP Apple computers. Seriously, those computers makes you want to put a bullet through your head. Now have them to make a console? Send me to get eaten by the dark one, now, before I even try the thing. Now coming back to today. What the hell, you'd expect Apple to be dead but no. Steve Jobs, what a guy... As for the rumored Apple console. They are pretty smart to use existing hardware to go about their next attempt at gaming but going the OnLive route? I don't expect any big games going through that. At most would be games similar to the ones you already see on the iPad and such. Hell, I would expect the iPad or any other able i-devices to be used as controls.

Now I wish I gotten into Killzone back when it first started. Le sigh. It has a certain "umph" to it that the current CoD games don't have. Double le sigh. I need to rob a bank for money. Brain, get a van.

We kicked general asses. We ended on a great note. My god, dead bodies actually blocked me from leaving or entering rooms a few time, in turn making me not pay attention and well, get shot dead. Not to mention getting stuck in place. I should invest some points in getting that class that can capture spawn points up. Extra spawn points here and there would make some rounds so much easier. Especially when you have to go capture some points.

Okay, GT5 seems to be hate my PS3. Even with already installing the data to my PS3, it still freezes.

sometime for me, freezes aren't actually crashes, it's just slowed right down, and from what I remember my systems didn't last long after that, maybe a couple months.
I'm on ps3 No. 4 now (Got continuous play, so when it breaks i get a new one.)
I think RDR was the worst game for me.
Actually, my first one died cause i had it sat in the sun for 3 days straight while I bashed RE5, was worth it, but I lost the disk.
I recommend backing up your save files ofte...

My brother seems to play just fine. I have a feeling that my custom soundtrack is causing the freezes since I haven't noticed any song playing before and when my game freezes.

I finally can get in in the middle of the day. Also, I find that you can easily abuse the proximity mines. Lay down mines, get more and lay some more! Problem attackers? :3

You would think by now a new CoD game would cost $50 or less now. Reality says otherwise since... its a massive cash cow with tons of unmarbled fat on it cooked to welldone. -
The ban on pot is more of a relic than anything else. Besides, with pot, you can see the effects it has on people very clearly. Tobacco... just smells and kills you from within. Nothing that really glares out at you. Also, this is just in... everything causes cancer.

I think there's some sort of Apathy Syndrome among students lately. I mean I know I'm lazy, but when I miss big things and I just don't give a fuck, something's wrong.

I would tell the teacher you were sick and ask for a makeup exam during their office hours, if possible. Or drop the class - it should be early enough in the semester for that.
