I'm so glad I have a Micro Center nearby so I don't have to deal with Best Buy. Every so often they have damn good deals. That is on top of their $80-$90 bucks cheaper i7s... which is awesome. I love how when you mention that you're building a new computer, the sale folks all light up. The way they talk is like how someone will try to sell you a car or a house. It can get a bit snotty but its fine. Sadly for them, I already know what I am looking for and I have a pretty good idea on the prices of what I am looking for... so stop trying to sell me this and that. If you guys were to have that CPU/mobo combo deal a few weeks earlier, you would of gotten my money... But yeah, pretty everything else I buy online.

You know, do any of you guys keep your old parts just for memories? I'm planning on keeping all my CPUs once their respective computers are done.

Its all about the mighty money and because you can. Chances are, if you can then you will do something. However, being a nice human beings with feelings, sometimes if I like it enough, I will pay for it. Most of the time if the price is right and other times when the price is far from right. Speaking of this topic... I don't think I have pirated any games recently in the last... six months or so. Now music and other stuff... eh. I should seriously get Nujabes' discography legit.

I personally like the idea of timed demos. You have x amount of time to do whatever you want. Just Cause 2 had that. Only thing that limited you were the map size. That made me buy the full game when I saw it on sale on Steam, all from the memory of it when I tried it on the PS3 demo. Timed demos can work with a bunch of games I think. The devs don't have to do anything special besides cutting the size of the demo download to only include places that a person can get to in the demo time. It leaves a better taste in my mouth than a demo that all of a suddenly ends.

Not to rain on your parade but I stole your computer and changed out the guts. As a side note, I'm happy that chances are, I won't have to buy a new tower again whenever I decide to build a new computer to replace this one, 4-5 years down the line.

Halo Reach. After the decline in single player goodness from 2 and 3, and with the slight rise in ODST, I think it continued the general rise which ODST started. Me likey!

That car sounds like a hybrid. If I can get a hybrid that can go 35 miles, DECENTLY, on just EV mode, I would love it. Now, a pure electric car just uses electric. A lot of the cars now says they can go 100 miles on one charge but in reality, it is more like 50 miles per charge. The charge time on those cars is around 6-9 hours. Yeah, nowhere near practical for the regular consumer. For example, I work as a courier and my possible daily travel can easily breaks 100 miles. Even everyday folks can break the 100 miles mark. Gov't folks on the other hand might be able to use it for their local, business travels. FYI, I mainly driver a Prius. Not a bad car at all. Expensive car? Yeah but my family and I worked out a way to pay for it and besides, the mileage helps out in being a courier so its a fine purchase. Just one thing, the actual engine by itself is one inefficient piece of work, MPG wise. That is the feeling I get after having it for two months and putting in 10k miles on it...

I tend to stick around but after a while, around a dozen rounds, even I get tired by the butt rape that can happen in games like BFBC2 and will quit half way. That is when even screwing around can't save the round for me. However, I usually to quit between matches.

Sounds like VI in terms between magic and stuff. Also, Kingdom Heart like? Sounds good but would it still be a Final Fantasy as we know it?
