A parmesan, or Parmo for short, is dish from the town I'm currently in*, you can get it from various take aways in the north east, but afaik it's not made it's way down south much. (Some chefs on TV shows** will cook it and have to explain what they've just made ) It's based of an Italian dish.
It's chicken fillet(s) flattened and coated in bread crumbs, this is then fried to make it all crispy, put in a pizza tin (or just left on a flat thingy) coated in white sauce then topped with cheddar cheese and stuck in a pizza oven. Some takeaways even do them like pizzas so you can get toppings too.
They come in two portion sizes, a Half (above) or a full (which I know of no one who has managed to finish one), both with a side of chips and salad. Half is just smaller, not one cut in two. Wikipedia suggest that a full parmo is roughly 2,600 cal (with chips).

You could probably make one at home, control the portion size and what goes in it. It's a pretty simple dish. Could probably even use actual parmesan cheese
