  1. http://steamcommunity.com/id/elvenampersands/ I can't accept right now, though. Waiting on Steam support.
  2. Steam ID, Wishlist & Country: Elven Ampersands | Wishlist | Canada General criteria: I know I have some expensive games in my top 10. I've only really kept those there in the event that they receive a considerable discount. I need to do some pruning and change a few things over the next few days (I don't have access to my account atm). What are your favorite genres? Mainly RPGs, but I play a bit of everything. What are your favorite games? Baldur's Gate, Ar tonelico, Nier, Counter-Strike, Final Fantasy VI, Suikoden, Shadow Hearts, Fallout, Guild Wars 2, Xenogears, Civilization (despite always pissing me off), Icewind Dale, The Witcher Are you looking for any non-Steam gifts? I'd also be down for some Guild Wars 2 gems (cash chop currency), or something off Good Old Games—I really hope their Galaxy platform goes somewhere. Will you take games not on your wishlist? Of course. Any other information you think relevant? There are some really bad visual novels on Steam. I think it'd be safest to avoid the genre altogether.
  3. Only Amazon for now, though I understand the sentiment.
  4. Amazon but DRM-free. Whatever that's supposed to mean.
  5. My CPU has been running especially hot lately (in the winter when my basement is freezing), which also means that the 80mm fan has been unbearably loud. Like jet engine loud. I'd have to turn up my speakers to be able to hear anything, and talk over it to my wife. So I picked up a Cooler Master Hyper 212. This thing is huge. I haven't attempted to put the side panel back on my case, but I'm not sure it'll fit (and my tower is fairly spacious for a mid). Temperatures have dropped at least 20ºC, though. And it's one of the strong silent types.
  6. This guy just released the novella he's been working on for some time now. I was a beta reader and absolutely loved it (I'll post my review below, after all the good stuff). Help a chum out and grab a copy! The Ring of Void by Miodrag Kovachevic Amazon (Kindle) | Amazon (Print) After his first death, Shinnosuke Yamagami became a psychopomp, a creature meant to help the deceased pass on to the Nether, the land of the dead. However, Shinnosuke’s branch of work was much less poetic; his job was to hunt down runaway spirits that escaped to the mortal realm. Now, Shinnosuke faces his second death—the death of the soul. In his final moments of existence, he recalls the stories that will remain after him; his journey with the demonic corgi Yago and his battles with spirits that spread terror amongst humans. And among those stories was Mirth, a fox creature in human form who frequently yanked the psychopomp out of his routine work and flung him into chaos. The Ring of Void is a dark fantasy novella that deals with tales left after one’s demise. Are they enough to form the true picture of a hero, or are they just a blueprint that the reader has to complete? My review:
  7. I'm going to have to cancel my "in". Money might be tight this Christmas, and I don't want to be that guy who gets someone a $5 game.
  8. Just noticed the Japanese version is a minute longer.
  9. That was . . . something. Something great, but . . . something.
  10. "「ME!ME!ME! feat. d..." This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by 株式会社カラー.
  11. I wish this thread were used more. I WANT TO SEE COOL THINGS BUT NOT SIFT THROUGH ALL THE BLOG POSTS!
  12. Two copies of Assassin's Creed Unity for PC (came with video cards).
  13. Haha. Early Christmas presents. I've been running on this 460 since it released. Been waiting for The Witcher 3 to release to upgrade my card.
