Oh, neat. KT does decent ports, but I'm not sure about Gust. This will be their first. Back when they first announced the Steam release, I was hoping they'd release the 1st in this series on Steam. Back when I didn't have a PS4. Dammit. That said, I still need to finish Shallie. Fuck. After Watch_Dogs 2. Much as I enjoy Gust's games, I haven't played Nights of Azure at all. Everything about it just seemed boring af.

Speaking of, this just happened: Had an invasion event with some other rando, which tasks you with hacking another player while remaining undetected. Teammate pulled his car literally right up beside the target and started hacking, while I used my drone. The target (third guy) walked right around my partner's car and into the street. I called a hit on him with a gang, then some NPC who was out of sight tazed the target, so he collapsed in the middle of the street, paralyzed. In sweeps the gang members I called to run the guy over while he's defenseless. The rest of the mission was just us watching the hacking bar while the guy laid dead in the street.

Demo coming on December 22nd. PC release not going to be simultaneous. March 7th/10th 2017 release date.

That's really going to hurt their launch line-up.

Started Watch_Dogs 2 today. About three and a half hours ago. I never really cared about the first game. Didn't even try it. But I've a vested interest in the series now. So decided I should try it. Pleasantly surprised. Hacking the environment to assist in missions and everyday mayhem is great. There was some gang shooting in an underground parking deck. One of those random open world events. Went down and just hacked cars and had them run over the gangbangers. Because gangbangers aren't real people. I'm also pretty impressed with the multiplayer. It's absolutely seamless. You're doing your thing, and without any interruption you're being invaded or doing the invading. Could be assisting the police in chasing down another player who's on the run, or tasked with performing a hack while going unnoticed by the enemy player. Oh, and the cast feels natural. Not much forced dialog. Also doesn't seem to take itself too seriously. Feels very much like Grand Theft Auto in its presentation, though GTAV probably still does open world better in nearly every way. But that's Rockstar's thing. Also enjoy snooping on NPCs' texts and phone calls. Amusing stuff.

Wishlist in something resembling order now. I'm having a hard time finding cheap games both because of my taste and because CAD prices make $5 games $9, $15 games $25. Still endeavoring to find more to add to the list between now and the sale. I'm going to need each of you to back up your arguments because I don't know who to believe and I just want to take a side.

So I loaded my first playthrough in an attempt to unlock all the core Gwent cards (for the achievement, because they don't carry over to NG+). Ended up with one left, which was a random merchant drop. That meant I had to scour the world for the single fucking merchant I hadn't d-d-d-d-d-d-d-d-dueled yet. Happened to find one in Skellige (all the while dueling each I came across just in case). In the meantime, I was trying to get the achievement for winning with over 187 strength. Thanks to the two of us snowballing spies, I ended up humiliating the achievement in the same match that dropped the missing card.

That's true, though I'm not sure if it counts either. And there's no way to track your progress. Not to mention, the game is really wonky about detecting headshots. I know it works on land, though. There are threads about doing it, and they all suggest you do it on land. But fuck if I can get it to work. I'll see if I can dig anything up on doing it underwater. Thanks, Jack. Edit: Never mind. That won't work. Achievement says humans and nonhumans.

Can anyone help me with something? I'm trying to get most of the achievements for TW3. Unfortunately, asks for 50 headshot kills with the crossbow. I can't seem to get it to do more than chip damage, though. I've equipped powerful bolts, all crossbow abilities, a strong crossbow, and stowed my swords when firing (apparently that's supposed to make a difference?). Still, nothing works.

Would be nice since Firis is the second Mysterious title.
