Sorry, Dean. Maybe it was trying to save you the frustration! Been pressing my way through a second run of TW3. Pretty far in at this point. I usually hate replaying games, but it's been over a year since I played vanilla (nearly that since HoS), so it's somewhat fresh. Plus, playing with an entirely different build, and with the option to approach quests differently, makes it easier to bear. Pleasant, actually.

But that's operating under the assumption that the majority of those non-voters are going to vote against the prevailing party. Unless you somehow get a movement together to get only those in the party you want to win to go vote (who previously weren't).

I don't like the guy, but I imagine he's exhausted.

Forget whether I've missed one year or two. Turnout been this terrible?

Oh, I misunderstood it as only having a 5% OC.

My i5 6600k easily goes from 3.5 to 4.0. Is the i7 really worse in that regard? (And by easily, I mean that's a very safe OC.)

GW2, CivVI, and The Witcher 3. Replaying The Witcher 3 with a heavy armor build, and romancing Yen this time around. Doing so in advance of going into Blood and Wine.

@Trades: I want to get into a trade. It's good, reliable pay, and I think it's something I might enjoy. Don't know which I'd like to do, and I don't want to end up bouncing around. Also don't want the debt from going to school for it.

Remember you get a relaxed warmongering penalty during the first two eras! I've had it as low as "none" before.

Yeah, they're the steppe folks in this one. Although they predate Genghis by quite a few centuries. I like them, but I find that the only thing irritating me right now is war. Why the hell should I get a warmongering penalty if someone goes to war with me? Or, for example, if one civ constantly denounces me since the beginning of the game, so I finally get sick of their shit. While I think diplomacy is much better in VI, I still dislike how they handle warmongering penalties.
