Wife has a copy of Aliens vs Predator she won that she'd like to trade.

A shame you have to play it at such low resolution. >: I guess all that matters is that you can still get enough out of it to appreciate the design. I've never been fond of QTEs myself. They're a pain in the ass, and sometimes I'll be doing something else and it'll be all, "QTE!" and I'll be all, "I'M HITTING OTHER BUTTONS BECAUSE FRIGGIN' BATTLE SCENE!" and screw it up. >_<

Honestly, this time of year isn't much different than any other to me. The holidays are just a time I endure. Good tidings to everyone who's been looking forward to the festive season, anyhow.

Was browsing the GamersGate sale: The Witcher 2 is $19.98. UK website doesn't seem to be much of a deal.
-
@Battra: Welp. There goes any chance of productivity on my part for the next 5-30 minutes.

Or very comfortable depending on their mood. Also, good job, HH! NIER IS NIER-Y!

Rockin' Android are typically pretty solid with the games they choose to localize. I have Crescent Pale Mist and Acceleration of Suguri X-Edition. They're both good games in their own right. Personally not a fan of schmups, but I'll buy their Steam titles regardless before the sale is over. By the way, Battra, I suggest you consider Satazius. It was only released a couple days ago by a new doujin localization team that has just recently gained support from Capcom, Nyu Media. Edit: Yeah, I know they're there. The picture just totally contrasts with the boobs declaration. P:

What boobs?

@HH: The din of praise for Bastion's soundtrack makes it seem the best thing since fellatio. I disagree. However, Setting Sail, Coming Home and its married tracks are damn swoon-worthy. Totally agree with that particular beast making your post. @excel: I'd like to know the extent of Mitsuda's influence on that soundtrack. He's seated among my most beloved video game composers. The tracks sound decidedly... errant. I realize he wasn't the only guy/gal to grace the game. Not that I think the tracks are bad at all. They just don't really strike me as Mitsuda, which is now an adjective, a state of musical being. @Atomsk88: You're working hard to awaken the dormant Zelda fan in me. AWAY WITH YOU, CURSED CREATURE! @FLD: That... actually wasn't bad. I'm not a fan of Mass Effect, but the track hearkens to road trips when my only CD was the Smashing... Live! orchestration. I've been leaning toward voiced tracks recently, even if my video game roots entangle games that were lucky to have a voiced opening or ending thrown in. Dunno why. I hope it hasn't fleeced my ears to instrumental tracks of equal calibre caliber. Still, I'll gather some instrumentals for this post. I've recently went about listening to the entire ATQ soundtrack and the subsequent pain of plucking two links to illustrate what it offers... so this is a relief. >_< Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel - Rainbow-Colored Crayon http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3Z9ZwEWonk Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel - Sneak Through the Grand Gate http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r2LfHKlciug Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel - Signpost of Memories ~ The First http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7MPmkkFjq78&feature=related Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel - Spinning the Thread of Hope http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSvXgNNkD0c This post was initially intended to cover more than ATQ—to introduce some new games. Then I loaded the soundtrack. There are some neat chiptune remixes at the end that I'd like to include. LOOKS LIKE ANOTHER POST IN IS ORDER! Later...

Above all else, this: God Eater Burst: God and Man ~Vocal Ver.~ I've beaten this horse with such vigor and so often that it'd seem very much alive(though seizing) to anyone watching. God and Man is, by far, the most powerful video game song I've heard in a long time. Abso-friggin'-lutely stirring. Even above the NieR masterpiece. Shame the game isn't so great. God Eater Burst: Over the Clouds -BURST mix- Extended http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zJ44kpboow Honestly, the entirety of the Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel soundtrack is spellbinding. I'm certain I said as much in my GOTY nomination article. A few of my favorites: Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel: Within the Light Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel: EXEC_COSMOFLIPS/. Ar tonelico Qoga: Knell of Ar Ciel: EXEC_REBIRTHIA=PROTOCOL/. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kfgW1Iyc62c I'd do more with this post, but I'm exercising at the moment. I'll be certain to return to this thread tonight or tomorrow for some intense sharing/listening.

Single game, which makes little sense considering my wishlist. But hey, surprises are surprises. -

Nominations are all personal nominations, and for varying reasons. Generally, the height of pants-on-head lecherousness and a mega-righteous surreal approach to marshaling segments given but not limited to: harsh backlash and unreliable portents.

Little Big Planet 2 and Cave Story+. Cave Story+ was a neat adventure. It helped that I didn't expect much from it, though.
-
Your screenshot makes me want to play Skyrim again, Ethan. But it's too soon.

For anyone who wants to read something on this topic, I recommend The Big Book of Beastly Mispronunciations by Charles Harrington Elster.

Skyirm runs better windowed for me as well. I suggest using the SBW mod for anyone running windowed.

I wouldn't have a problem with it. Why not just set it for Christmas Eve or so? -
I reached about 250 at the zenith of archiving. Then I decided it was ridiculous in a game whose past I didn't plan on visiting.

Word motha, yo. -
Two guys have the same girl on their pillow. Is that like dakimakura double-penetration? Also: beards! Listen, Spork, I gave this more thought. Beards and other noggin' patches are the only acceptable forms of hispid growth. Everywhere else should be bare, bare and pristine. It's why I go for a full body wax once per month.
-
I think I've read that somewhere before. I still don't get it. I mean, I know half the dance to . Beards are, of course, the archduke of facial manliness, with only scars and missing eyes claiming the higher ranks of viceroy and sovereign.

An updated picture of... five minutes ago. Yes, I am using an antediluvian webcam. Dealwithitorbuymeanewone.jpg

Dead Space 2 is up, too. Though we all know Qoga is going to win. Any subsequent nominations are pointless. x:
