This was kind of a harrowing one. I just dreamed that I was threatened by Barack Obama. I stumbled across a government secret that they definitely didn't want getting out, so he came over and talked to me, and he was acting as friendly as he usually does, but there was this sinister undertone in the things he said like "Try to understand that it is vital we keep this a secret, no matter what the cost." I got bad vibes from him so I invested in a wire and started wearing it everywhere, then started acting to people I knew in public like I had to get a load off my chest. This spooked them, like I expected, so Obama came over again to give me a sterner, less friendly warning, unaware that I was wearing a wire 24/7. After he left I went out and bought a shitload of cheap USB drives (with cash of course), then went home and copied the recorded conversation onto each drive. I put each drive into a fedex envelope, and then put a handwritten letter into each one instructing the recipient to anonymously leak the USB stick's contents to the press if I was ever reported missing or if they just plain didn't hear from me for more than thirty days. After that I sent out the envelopes to as many people as I could think of, especially people who nobody else in my life knew about besides me. I made sure to send them all from different locations, thus making them less suspicious and harder to track. I woke up before I could find out if this gambit paid off or not.

Considering how big my backlog is I would have waited, but I had a coupon for 15 bucks off at Best Buy that I didn't want to waste.

I started reading Fables after playing episode 2 of The Wolf Among Us. In only two nights I'm already past issue 70. I can't put it down. It's given me some new insight into the games upon replaying them, too.

I have another possible theory:

If you take a game from PSN or XBLA and port it to steam later on, could you please make sure that the game, you know, fucking works? Preferably before you release it? Is that too much to ask?

Outlast. It's a little short and the ending sucked but it was still a pretty good horror game with a genuinely creepy atmosphere.

We live in the year 2014. We have been to the moon and we have invented technology that lets you communicate with anyone anywhere in the world at anytime. In just a few short decades we have progressed more than our parents or grandparents could have ever imagined, and you're gonna tell me that there are people getting up in arms over a fucking COKE COMMERCIAL?! And what was so offensive about this ad, exactly? A bunch of people were singing America the Beautiful and after every second or third line the Coca-Cola company had the audacity to have someone else start singing the song in a different language that wasn't MURICAN English. Are you fucking kidding me here? There are still that many people out there who are this backwards, xenophobic, and openly racist? Some of the shit these people are saying on facebook is appalling. And it's not like they think no one will read it either. No, these opinions are out there for the entire world to see. They're PROUD of what they're saying. It makes me ill to think about how these people actually have a right to vote. I am ashamed to be associated with them through a shared nationality. Oh, that wasn't the only offensive commercial either. Cheerios lit a few fires too with their ad. How? By showing a mixed race family at the breakfast table. How...I mean...I just... I fucking hate that this is still an issue in this day and age. Hate hate hate hate hate hate it.

This. This shit has got to go as soon as possible. Releasing classic PC and console games on mobile devices sounds good in theory, but lately they are FUCKING IT UP. Dungeon Keeper isn't the only game to do this either. Does anyone here like the Tales games? Good news! Tales of Phantasia is in English now and you can play it on your iOS device! Best of all, it's free to play! Hang on. It's one thing for them to try to sell you experience and money boosters, but it doesn't stop there. The game is locked at the highest difficulty setting, every shop item costs twice as much as it did in the original game, reviving characters costs money, and a ton of save points have been removed from the game entirely in an attempt to encourage you to pay for the aforementioned revives. Oh, and you also need a persistent internet connection to play it. FUCK. THIS. PRACTICE.

If your goal is to make an all in one entertainment box for the living room, why the fuck would you ever choose to drop the blu-ray player? You'd have to be a stupid asshole to think that's a good idea. Everyone who cares about their entertainment setups has a blu-ray player. Even now, though, hardly anyone gives a shit about the kinect.
