The fact that it's so prevalent is really less of a reflection of gaming itself and more on the people who play them. The only reason it's seemingly everywhere is because it sells so well. That's probably the reason it's in Watch_Dogs, too. The game just won't sell as well if it's all about hacking. There's really no disputing that.
To be fair, Drake does get called out on that by Lazarevic.
"You think I am a monster, but you're no different from me, Drake. How many men have you killed? How many, just today?"
And Valve time should really not be used in any discussion about impatience because honestly, Valve time is ri-goddamn-diculous and goes well beyond reasonable limits.
I'm not about to read the whole thing but I'm sure there's some fine print in the user agreement that allows them to do just that. Do I think it's right? Hell no. Do I think it would indemnify them? Probably. Of course, this gets into the huge debate over what you actually "own" when you buy a game, especially if you buy it digitally.
There's something about bending I've always wondered...
Most elements have a secondary ability. Firebenders get lightning, Waterbenders get ice and blood. Earthbenders can potentially bend metal.
What about air? As far as I can recall, we never saw an airbender bend anything besides plain old air. Don't they get a special ability?
