  1. 10 bucks a month is the sweet spot, but I'd go up to 15 personally.
  2. I like Clara. I might like Clara more than Amy and Rory. I thought her and Matt had great chemistry together. Plus she's beautiful. So beautiful. Seriously. I mean, c'mon.
  3. I could see a PS Now app on OSX once they get on iOS devices.
  4. Well the PS3 + PS4 are hooked up to my living room TV. So it wouldd be nice to stream PS3 games to my bedroom TV or basement TV. I guess eventually the PS3 can be moved to a secondary TV but I still have a huge backlog I'd like to playthrough on my main TV. Plus it'd be nice if I was streaming Persona 5 to my PS4 and my fiance comes in, grumbles about missing Glee, so I can save the game, and go stream it in the bedroom without having to move the console. I mean, yeah I can do that on Vita but sometimes it's nice to kick back and play something on TV.
  5. Fixed for you, FLD! Agreed, this could be awesome on Vita... and another reason why I want Vita TV in North America. If they can get this around 10 dollars a month, it'd be well worth it.
  6. PS1 - 3 games streamable to a variety of devices including PS4, Vita, but also TVs, smart phones, and tablets. Games will be limited at launch but The Last of Us will be there. Closed beta launching January 2014, full service rollout this summer. Full story via the PS Blog:
  7. Alienware Steam Machine looks nicer, IMHO. I mean, no green LED bar, which is a start.
  8. lolololol.... shut up, GOH!
  9. I found an uglier one! This one:
  10. I still think it's better than a big clunky PC tower, especially for under a TV, but yeah that LED might be better as blue. And all electronics should always be black, of course. In answer to Gerbil, if you either A) already have a copy of Windows or B) find a copy of Windows through various means, it's supposedly easy to dual-boot Windows onto it.
  11. Looks great to me. Why do you think it's ugly?
  12. Thanks, sounds good, I suppose we'll be finding out more about Steam Machines this week. Oh and when I say current-gen I mean PS4/Xbone.
  13. I'll pick this up on Vita for the portability. And also to support the release of the infinitely better XII on PS4/Vita... hopefully.
  14. The article says it's between the size of a PS4 and Xbone. Looks nice, and I like that price, I don't know much about PC specs though, I'm imagining this thing is comparable to the now current gen console systems?
  15. I don't have a printer otherwise I'd give it a go.
  16. As a guy who doesn't particularly like fighting games, I liked this one, it's a blast to play with friends. Totally attainable DOUBLE platinum.
  17. http://youtu.be/uJwpaVwOaHM Ugh, I need a gaming PC.
  18. Platinumed! Pretty easy except in the last level, The Tear, on the rolly sections, there's a path that goes left that has some confetti and it's almost impossible to roll through it without falling off.
  19. One of my favourite things about Tearaway was when you got to put your own creations in the game. Here's an elk with my dog's fur.
  20. I felt like Uncharted 2 tried to address this, a little bit, with the sequence in the museum using stun guns, but then you shoot a guy and he falls into water fountain and it's not like Drake can pull him out and administer CPR... In regards to the shooting, as a primarily PS3 gamer last gen, I can not stand shooting with L2/R2. On the DS4 I love it and it's amazing, but not on the DS3, the triggers slope down too much and they just feel too spongy for shooting. I like the DS3, and L2/R2 are good for a lot of things, but not for shooting. I tried playing the original Bioshock since it came free with Infinite and the controls were by default R2 shooting and it was nearly unplayable after years of L1/R1.
  21. We got Hank, the white one, in August. I'm pretty sure I posted about it in the pets thread we have. He's Booker's full brother, he was the one we originally wanted in the litter but he was already spoken for so we picked out Booker. The people who adopted him were moving to Mexico and weren't comfortable taking him with them so they posted him online. I was procrastinating at work and was scrolling through available pets on Kijiji, I stumbled across his posting and recognized him immediately. That was the Tuesday before Labour Day Weekend, by that Friday he was living with us. It was meant to be!
  22. It's been almost half a year, let's revive this thread with the closest thing to a decent family photo my fiance and I could get this Christmas: Seriously, those dogs do not cooperate.
