    Help!

It's a play on the standard posting ranks, it would seem.
  2. Ah, people never listen to general warnings. I get that people need to get to work and medical emergencies and whatnot but it's that they don't even slow down for the conditions. Someone drove past me at full-tilt the other day whilst it was actively snowing. Madness.
  3. I just use TransManager for all my syncing and whatnot mainly because like you said, unlike iTunes, it just works. In fact, with a slight trick or two you can completely get rid of itunes and use it as a standalone.
  4. That's pretty intense. At least here we just fluctuate between cold and less cold. Although we did have a particularly hot summer, which was a bitch as I can't stand the heat.
  5. I wouldn't be entirely surprised if we now see an episode where they're continue to deny that image's authenticity and mod/ban anyone who argues this until they're forced into point where they make a public apology, by which point a sizeable portion of the userbase has already left. It's a pretty appalling state of affairs really.
  6. I might have to start looking for a decent mp3 player also soon. I currently run all my music off my iPhone and often connect it to my car stereo via USB but with each subsequent firmware update, Apple seem to make playback and even basic connectivity worse and worse. It's a sodding joke.
  7. For anyone who's jailbroken their iPhone, biteSMS is an absolute must. It puts Apple's native message app to shame.
  8. Odd that they would be attacked. What was their general stance on the Assange affair?
  9. I'm also a hoarder when it comes to my games, even stuff that's years old and never gets a look in any more. Of course by then the trade in value is zero so they're not worth getting rid of either.
  10. I particularly liked In Bruges and The Green Mile also.
  11. Of course, they're claiming it's fake and/or doctored but I wouldn't surprise me if it's legit.
  12. Hah, that's my problem, I'm pretty much winging it at the moment. I've heard once you invest in it and really get used it to, it's supposed to become quite easy but we'll see. I would be sad about the lack of the Ferrari licence but the Viper and Veyron made it and that's good enough for me.
  13. It is amazingly hypnotic. Hello to the both of you.
  14. That they refer to their users as peasants speaks volumes.
  15. Adrian Chen has put on twitter that the posting on Gawker linking to the torrent of it's source code wasn't put up by him and he's ultimately been hacked. I'm concerned that the notice to chance passwords similarly is malicious and thus in doing so has actually compromised me more rather than reducing it.
  16. More like "You can swordfight, sailor. But how are you at the Rumba!?"
  17. The pirate in that second image could not look more camp if he possibly tried.
  18. Just finished off the last few levels of Cut the Rope. Not a bad little game for 59p.
  19. I am now hugely craving some jelly babies. Oddly enough I haven't seen them around in some time. Wonder if they've gone due to the lack of e-numbers.
  20. Ta much, I'll keep that in mind and give that a look in the near future.
  21. Works for me. It's an improvement over walker-of-nightmares up there.
  22. I'll be the lone dissenting voice and say I don't care for Doctor Who at all. Despite the likes of Blink, I cannot shake the perception that I should be approximately 10 years younger than I am to really appreciate it and be it's original target audience. It didn't help I've never quite been drawn to Tennant and from the brief clips I saw thought Eccleston was doing ok. All that aside, I might have to watch this Xmas episode just to see Katherine Jenkins. That woman is a goddess.
  23. Do they run in any chronological order or can you pick them at as you please? If the latter, I'll give one a go the next time I'm in town.

    Steam

Thus far the only deal I've taken advantage of was the deal on The Orange Box for something like £9.99. Unfortunately, my laptop is so underpowered it can barely run it as a decent rate. So as much as I'd like to pick up more for my PC, until I get a new one it'd be a bit redundant.
