    Dr Who has never interested me. I get that it's supposed to be a little camp, but it's always put me off. On a different note, I hear Luther is excellent. Not Sherlock good, but not far off.

As for the Specs, the larger Screens is an instant win. I was frustrated by the dimensions of my 3ds at the time, and the new one features a massive top screen, thats going to be awesome. No 2nd Circle Pad though. Nintendo seems to have dropped the ball here. Will the Circle Pad Pro even fit onto this?

    Uploaded with ImageShack.us My PC set up. Got my 360, and the Girlfriends Wii set up in the living room. Out of shot is my Gamecube and my CRT which no longer fits on my desk. That Printer is killing me. The Chip boxes are being used to store the crap that said Girlfriend has accumulated over her 22 years.

    I picked up the entire Misfits collection (1-3) for like £12.50, bit of a bargain if i say so myself. On the subject of Being Human, is it worth my time? And how many season's has it had?

    Thats a bit disappointing, i've never played a LBP so i was really looking forward to trying it out with all the touch controls. Any idea if the MSG HD Collection will be getting a Demo?

      Yeah nothing on the mobo? That's pretty odd oversight to lack even an ethernet.

      Its got an Ethernet port. I just don't have any means to connect that to our router.

    I've read a few graphic novels in my time, but recently i've been reading Chew, Marvels Civil War series and The new Batman. All on my iPad. Am in the only on doing it this way? Has anyone read the Firefly/Serenity comics by any chance?

    I thought it was airing at Christmas/New Year? You've just ruined my morning Ser. Just started Misfits this morning. Really enjoying the first two episodes. Antonia Thomas is mighty might fine.

    And probably never will? I have a bunch from the steam sales. I haven't even touched (downloaded) them... Nah I should, I wanted a new RTS other than EU3 (I can't get back into EU3), and I've found Crusader Kings II too complicated, so I was going to download Civ 4 or 5 but ended up finding 3 instead. Been thinking about getting CK II myself. What didn't you like about it?

    I hate to be 'that' guy, but i'd advise everyone to read the books before the show. As good as the TV show is, i just don't think it can match the books for depth of character, world building etc etc. Frankly i'd be a little lost if i hadn't read what was going on. On the show side though. Next season should be insane.

    I was more than happy to see those chapters end. I really enjoyed the Dorne stuff though. Trying to avoid spoilers is hard.

    I think i've just reached Chapter 15. Am i the only one who thinks the game is suffering from being quite simplistic? You walk around, talk to some random who spouts information, then look for the red marker and begin your next mission. Then you get into a fight with a giant monster. It's all a little boring. Don't get me started on those damn slide races.

      Pre-purchase Torchlight II in Steam ($20) and get Torchlight free($15/$16). Just in case you are considering it.

       

      I just finished playing it. It is good.

      Crusader Kings 2 interests me, but i'm not sure i'm willing to pay £30 for a game i'm not sure i'll like. Thanks for the recommendations, i'll check them out.

      Grab a Total War game. Any RTS collection would be incomplete without it. Oh and Supreme Commander. And Crysis - the first one. And The Witcher 2 - the proper version ;P

    I think Sansa might be one of my favourite characters. She's come a long way from the annoying little girl in AGOT, and she's got some pretty interesting stuff going on. As for Crows, what did you think to it? Aside from the last third, i was completely underwhelmed. Maybe it was coming off ASoS but it lacked any real...excitement. Thankfully ADWD fixed that. I managed to get through the last half of that book inside 5 days.

    I should get around to watching Alien.. I watched Kill List yesterday. It's an Indie film out of the UK. It got some pretty great reviews, and for £2.50 on Blu Ray you can't really argue. The film itself was really enjoyable, but it definitely nose dives in the last 5 minutes. If you've seen the film you'll know what i mean. Shit gets crazy, and not in a good way. I'd give it a 3.5/5. Had it not lost me in the final scene's it would have been worth a 4.

    Arrested Development is imho one of the best comedies of the last decade. Its just a shame that it didn't get mainstream success, but i guess that's how it works. I've been watching a lot of Breaking Bad recently. My brother finally lent me seasons 1-2 so i've watched them inside 3 weeks (with a SHERLOCK re-watch in the middle). Jesse is my favourite character. He's much more relatable than Walter, but i think thats deliberate. I mean, who can really relate to a guy like Walter. So any Sherlock/BB fans?

    Starfox Adventures. £2.50 on Ebay. Loving it so far, apart from the crazy made up language.

    Been on iOS for a while now, and whilst i love my iPhone, and honestly couldn't live without it, i would love to get my hands on a WP7 device. I think next year will be its 'big' year. The OS looks great, and from what i can tell it runs pretty well too. Nokia are signed up, so a good combination of the two might be enough to persuade me to hand over my money once my contract runs out.

    My girlfriend picked it up for me, i'm not allowed it before Christmas though. It's my first and only Wii game. Really looking forward to playing it. I hear its long, Perhaps too long?
