Wow, that does sound bad. That's what WB Montreal lacks in comparison: moderation. I mean, spotting it is as simple as how often you get frustrated with a game. I was only frustrated with Asylum during that titan fight just before the final boss, and I don't think I got frustrated once with City, whereas Origins is full of them, both major and minor.

Initiation DLC playthrough if anyone's interested. From what I hear, this isn't the promised 'story DLC' but a few challenge maps tied together by some cutscenes.

Also, while I'm here, I just realised that Mark Margolis (Tio/Hector Salamanca) was in Person of Interest as well as Scarface. Bombs on things with wheels is his speciality.

The Wolf Among Us was 33% off, which brought it to what I thought was a reasonable price, so I picked that up.

That's one of the things I've found with certain open world games. Once you've done a load of stuff (or cleared the story) in GTAV, sure you can buy business and such...but why bother? To earn more money after so many days? What for? And with Sleeping Dogs, I'm not really seeing much reason to bother with sidestuff anymore. I get more money? For what, better cars? But the driving's terrible...

Quantum of Solace. Definitely not as bad as I'd heard, but nowhere near as good as Casino Royale (how could it be?). Functions well as a sort of 'Casino Royale: Act 3' (yes, CR has two acts). I think its main problem is that it moves so fast at the start that you kind of just have to go with it, and that most of the action scenes are a bit of a mess. However, the character work is still there and it pays to pay attention to the finer points in order to get the most out of it. The story-telling is 'efficient' as you see this Bond replace his emptiness with a sense of duty and professionalism, while he lives vicariously through Camille's unrestrained quest for revenge (note: Vesper dies in water, while he saves Camille from fire). Overall though, it's a smarter breed of action film...that sort of screws up the action part.

The controller comment wasn't meant as a slight or anything, just an additional reason why someone might be OK with playing the games on console. And I actually think he's been playing Witcher 2 on his 360, so perhaps his PC isn't ideal and he prefers gaming on a console. Nothing to say those are the only factors in his purchase (checking now, he already has the PS4 anyway) and, yeah, people have different reasons. I'd be a little more baffled as to why he wouldn't want to carry over his save for Witcher 3.

Because you've already got/already planned to get the console, your PC isn't up to scratch and you can play them just fine with a controller?

So, I'm a third of the way through season 5 now and...
