Small aliens slept in her womb. ... EDIT: WTF? Oh well.

Hot, you are now only allowed to turn Left for the rest of the day. Box turns for you, if you want to go the other direction! Also: Domino's > Pizza Hut Neither really tastes like pizza, but I prefer a consistency of cotton candy over one of plastic.

I wouldn't have had today off, if it weren't because I had a specific reason. Odd timing, really.
-
YES. I love it! Hahaha. Your hair was awesome.
-
Yeah, I'm still stunned by the amount of companion banter and dialog there was - and how amazing almost all of it was. Oghren had me laughing more often than not, as did Shale. ITT: We forget about DAII and hump DA:O's leg.
-
I actually hate both of those, but still. Two things that are very much alike (direct competitors even), and which you prefer, with a short explanation (if you want). I'll start off: Gilette > Schick My face bleeds so much less!

I didn't have the heart to kill any of my party members - I got everyone's affection for me up to max, even if I didn't use them. You just reminded me though - I completely forgot that about halfway through the game, I stopped using Morrigan and started using Leliana. I initially thought she was worthless, as her attacks with ranged did peanuts, but as she got stronger, I got her better weapons and she maxed out Ranger, she was pretty darn amazing. Also, I spent a lot of the game being too lazy to read her name and thinking it was 'Lei-lana" - I do that sometimes. And yeah, Shale was amazing. Gahh, that game had amazing characters and voice acting.

Yeah, I barely played with the Rogues in DA, just didn't enjoy their gameplay. I bashed through the game as a duel-wielding warrior (my MO) with a tank and mages for support, for the most part (though I switched around party members for story reasons).

What are you reading right now?

Ohh yeah, Good Omens was the last Pratchett I read, and it was a blast. Small Gods was wonderful too and I always loved the Death series. But damn, it has been so very long since I've read those. I just finished the 2010 Best American Stories collection yesterday, so onto 2008! -
I didn't - I still need to figure that out. I'm probably not going to be able play very much at all this week, and then not at all next week, as I'm going out of town from the 24th to the 31st. I have to leave in three hours today, but maybe I could hop on for a little bit if someone gets on before then?

I played the Dead Space 2 demo last night - boy, that is going to be a neeeeat game. I still don't know how the same team that managed to have such an interesting story in Dead Space, also made Dante's Inferno which had... basically... no story... with alllll that source material... god, that game sucked.

In that case...play ME2 or an other action game. Not to be mean directly to you, this is more a general thing, but I kind of find it retarded that the DA:O formula was such a hit with so many people, but they're now gutting it to make it a hit with the folks who liked ME2...when they already have ME2. There's enough games on the market they don't all have to become the same thing. Yeah, but even though they're streamlining and simplifying the gameplay of DAII, it doesn't appear to be in Fable or even Diablo territory yet. It looks to still be an 'MMO' in terms of gameplay (click to use this action), just at a slightly faster pace, unless you're getting it on a console (which I think would be a horrible idea). Anyway, I guess we'll see the extent of the streamlining once it is released.

"I am loving these," Brain said. (Srs, though)

What are you listening to now?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2yuBQL75wPM Hell yes. New Veto song, from their forthcoming album. Love these guys. -
I definitely want to. Ahh, time to learn how to research for a writing project!
-
Yes.

Thanks kenshi! I did read the Road, a few years ago now. I loved it. Which is interesting, because I hated it for about the first few pages, and then fell in love with it. I think that's how it works for a lot of books though - there's an adjustment period as you get used to the style of writing.

I went to Jr and Sr prom. The above was the uber awkward and super lame Jr prom. Sr prom I totaled my car on the way there, on my own road, because I dropped the roses I picked for my girlfriend and tried to pick them up while I kept driving. That was genuine trauma, but quite like me. My dad had to drive me, but it was still pretty good, thanks to the girl I was dating being like, "You're alive, this is a good thing (nice mode engaged)."

I loved Nippon Icchi games for a time, but honestly, they're just too deep for me to enjoy. You could plug away at any ONE of those games just as long as WoW. There really is no completing them all the way, and my brain can't handle that sort of madness.

Gawker had an article on trying to beat John Krasinski's awkward levels in his prom photo. Posted mine there - and so, I give you this little gem. See if you can guess which one's me! Anyone else? Embarrassing prom photos! Let's have 'em!

Yahoo! Thank you, Reich!

Tasty little cubes. -
Ah, I gotcha. Yeah, I was thinking it would be a fun side-bar item to award the other big drinkers on the board. If that's possible, that would be super neat!
-
I thought I was the only one that felt this way. High-five!
-
Yeah, that super blows. Ah well, I've got it pre-ordered so I will keep my fingers crossed.
