Yeah, that. Installing 40GB from disc takes 10 minutes, and many games you can play while installing. Installing 40GB from the internet takes a couple hours, and PS4 doesn't yet let you play while downloading. Wait, really? I don't have a PS4 yet but my friend was talking about how he could instantly play Shadow of Mordor and did the tutorial. Or was that more so like how they have the PS+ trials?

Right, if you're not patient, then it's not for you. It really just comes down to if you think having 2-3 month waits is fine. I did this with Fables and was cool with it. Hell I think I waited after 2 and did 3-5 all at once or something. If it's a good product then $25/30 is a fair price in my eyes whereas I rarely do that with $60.

That's inconvenient without an HBO sub. Considering the whole signing into the account thing and plugins and scripts it's actually less convenient than just downloading the torrent 5 minutes after it's done airing.

Right, but I think the tone of a lot of it is definitely parody/satire/making fun of cliches sort of stuff. Doesn't mean it's consistent but it's there. Anyway I've been playing through RAGE. Oh man I'd totally download a higher-res texture pack (lulz at like 75 GB) if I could because while it has some of the best looking vistas I've ever seen in a game some of it just looks odd and inconsistent up close. They could probably just use that same tech early this gen and be fine it has so much potential.

It's a figure you use with Super Smash Bros WhatevertheWiiUversioniscalled that has an RFID or something like it inside and an AI character associated with it. You can level up the AI character, customize it, play against/with it and other things. So instead of having some sort of easily exchangable online handle they sell you an action figure? Brilliant marketing move.
