Well the TV won't actually get here until Thursday but from the videos I've seen it looks pretty slick. Way better than my current TV's interface.

I find it endearing, but can totally see how it would get irritating really fast. Naoto's a guy to me, so not really in the running. Yukiko's too space-cadet-y for my tastes.

I am now the proud owner of this monstrosity: a 55-inch LG UB8500 4k 3DTV. Four days ago a line of green sub-pixels on my current TV died, and while it wasn't unwatchable (and wasn't even always noticeable, depending on what color was being shown) it put me in the market for a replacement. I did a bunch of research, picked out the features I wanted and a price range I was comfortable with, and based on the prices I'd seen I figured it would be several months at least before I could get a replacement. Then this morning this one goes on sale at Dell's website for significantly less than my price max. I am happy.

The thing is Chrome used to be able to handle webm fine, something broke recently.

That's one of the coolest things I've seen in a while. Although for some reason toward the end of the video it kept freezing for me, kinda. The sound would keep playing, and it would still let me look around, but the video would stop.

Persona 4 Golden! I even managed to get the true ending. Gonna preorder Persona 5 as soon as they announce a NA release date.

I care slightly more than TN, but as far as the 0% ones for me usually those are ones I booted but never played, or that somebody else booted while I was logged in before switching to their own account, so it's just a little irritating to see them in the list.

I would pay liberation and black flag first. I think Watch Dogs got more backlash than it deserved, but it's still basically the same kind of game as the AC series.

Deathnote is great. Sword Art Online is really good too, if you only watch the first 13 or so episodes (which actually do come to a natural conclusion, so you can just treat it like the series ended there). Kill La Kill is good too. The Devil Is a Part-Timer is hilarious, but sadly it's one of those that doesn't really come to any kind of conclusion.

I enjoyed SP in Destiny, but beyond that there's a lot of PvE stuff that you can do with a fireteam of 3 that wouldn't require big server populations to work. *Edit* - That said, it seems like Destiny is already losing steam too. *Edit 2* - They also didn't try to nickel and dime with a bunch of launch DLC like Evolve.

Okay, I see, I hadn't actually ever clicked through to the NeoGAF thread, so I hadn't actually seen the screenshot, just the short little description on the Engadget article.

Well given that everyone carries a cell phone with them now watches really do have very little inherent utility, it's just the difference in convenience between glancing at your wrist or pulling your phone out of your pocket to see the time.

I wonder if it's truly an override or just a preference? I know 360 had the ability to set preferences such as inverted/non-inverted and look sensitivity, but it didn't actually force the settings it just asked the game to kindly use it please.
