  1. The Vita store is a nightmare to navigate.
  2. Of the 14 games I've beat this year, 7 also released this year. That's if you include Burial at Sea and Cold, Cold Heart as games. Full list: Thief South Park: The Stick of Truth Infamous: Second Son Bioshock Infinite: Burial at Sea Titanfall Batman: Arkham Origins: Cold, Cold Heart Watch Dogs I would actually recommend all of those games, but Infamous wins my GOTY-so-far hands down.
  3. I just don't get the appeal of Tearaway... It was fairly enjoyable, that's about the best I can say for it. I'll second TLoU though.
  4. Oh you're right, it's only your download queues that are separate on the website. My bad.
  5. The 840M is approximately 1/3 as powerful as a 560 Ti. http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/high_end_gpus.html
  6. On PS4 go all the way to the right in the menu and select your library. That'll show you all the PS4 content you own. On store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com you can view your download lists and it has them divided into PSVita, PS3, and PS4 lists.
  7. Yeah, Anne Coulter's a fucking insane moron. *Edit* - Why did I read that? I knew it was just going to piss me off...
  8. Yeah, it's amazing how much better it looks on the Wii U. I'd recommend transferring it.
  9. I don't mind so much if there's a sound that keeps playing while your health is low, but I fucking hate it when there's a character or on-screen "hint" that repeatedly pops up to tell you that when your health is low you should try to find something to refill it. Really? I didn't realize that during the first 30 hours I spent playing this game! Thank you for telling me again!
  10. Happy birthday Kenshi!

  11. I'm not 100% sure of that playtime, so don't bank on it. I know it was significantly more than 4 hours though.
  12. Actually I played it all the way through both solo and with my wife, and I didn't find it frustrating. NSMBU was frustrating as hell because you would interfere with each other constantly, but in SM3DW there's enough open space that you don't bother each other much. I do think the game shines best in singelplayer, but coop is not a tearing-your-hair-out nightmare like in NSMBU.
  13. I can't bring myself to pay more than $40, even though I know that's unrealistic.
  14. I'd go for Knack and Injustice.
  15. Actually, Signs has a special place in my heart, because I went to see it with an easily scared girl...
  16. No, no there wasn't. M. Night Shyamalan was killed just after finishing The Sixth Sense.
  17. Yeah, I remember thinking that with the Dragon Age 3 (I think it was) video. The environments were all beautiful, and then I literally laughed out loud when I saw how bad the waterfall looked. It was just so jarring.
  18. Forgot about Star Wars, that I'll grant. But my point is good licensed games are the exception, not the rule. Pretty much everything you've listed has had tons of games made for the license, so you're bound to have one or two that are just accidentally good. And I should say that Platinum's name being attached is a decent chunk of why I'm interested, because even though I haven't liked any of Platinum's other games they're at least a "real" developer, not someone who makes shovelware. Even that's not enough for me to be optimistic, just enough for me to keep an eye on it, whereas normally with a game like this I would ignore it altogether until I heard something affirmatively positive about it.
  19. They do? Where are these licensed games? Outside of Lego and the Arkham series.
  20. Well to be fair, licensed games in general don't have a great history. There's so much potential in Avatar though.
  21. I checked it out, it's not the first 5 minutes, it's 5 minutes from somewhere in the middle.
  22. Yeah, this is the first Platinum game I've had any interest in.
  23. Too bad that tells nothing about the game.
  24. If you order it online they deliver it on release day. Though they won't actually guarantee that, and apparently every once in a while somebody gets it a couple days late.
