If you haven't played Tomb Raider yet I highly recommend it. I haven't played MGS, but I've heard it's kind of light on content. Which game can't you get into?

Ones I would want: ME1: BDtS, though both the DLCs come with the trilogy so it doesn't matter. ($0) ME2: Zaeed (free on Cerberus Network), Kasumi ($7), LotSB ($10), Arrival ($7) ME3: From Ashes ($10), Leviathan ($10), Citadel ($15), Omega ($15) Grand Total: $74. Fucking ridiculous.

That wasn't Skyward Sword's art style. If anything it was more like Wind Waker but with more detail. It was definitely cel-shaded though.

That's interesting. What makes the minimap any more immersion-breaking than other parts of the HUD? Not trying to be argumentative, I'm genuinely curious.

You still have to point your eyes up, all angling it down does is make it so when you do it's square on instead of angled away.

Yeah, it has nothing to do with viewing angles on the screen, I just don't like looking up while watching TV.

I like my TV lower than wall mounting is really conducive to. I like it so that when I'm sitting down my eyes are level with the middle of the screen.

Yeah, I appreciate that they're doing it because I already have 4 GCN controllers and 0 pro controllers.

According to the Kotaku article the creator of those screenshots said it's a slideshow at those resolutions.

Well apparently my sources were wrong then. Good to know. I really hope it's like Halo 3's theater, that would be awesome.

Here are more or less the same two pictures with the default ship. I guess it's not so much that the new one looks better than the default as that it looks different. I didn't like it when I was playing with other people and we had three identical ships flying around together.

I looked at the Mass Effect trilogy, but those games never include the DLC and getting all of that would add like $40 to the price.
