I didn't read your spoiler because I haven't played Golden Deer yet, but I don't understand what you mean by it feeling half-finished? Honestly, I've played Black Eagles secret route and Blue Lions route and both of them felt like complete games to me, I would have been happy if either one had been the only route. I still think the Black Eagles secret route feels like the "true" route, but I won't be able to say for sure until I play Golden Deer (and honestly probably until I play the "regular" Black Eagles route too).

I'm with FLD that it's pretty meaningless for me to boycott Blizzard since I don't really play any of their games anyway, but I guess now I'll make a point of not playing them instead of just doing so out of disinterest (I love Starcraft but I've already played the shit out of it and moved on). It's gonna be the Activision side of things that I'll have to be more careful about, just because I don't always pay attention to who the publisher of a game is. It really does go hand-in-hand with the NBA thing. I was disgusted enough with the NBA's response, which was just the usual corporate "we're sorry anyone was offended" fake apology, but then I learned the Chinese version of the statement was all "we're sorry for the inappropriate remarks" and actually agreeing they were problematic. Much like with Blizzard though, I don't really follow the NBA, so me boycotting them doesn't really mean anything.

Fire Emblem: Three Houses - Blue Lions I'm putting this in here again because the Blue Lions campaign was different enough from the Black Eagles one. It actually took me longer than Black Eagles did, which surprised me because I was more liberal about skipping conversations and stuff. I'm playing Link's Awakening now, but after that I'll probably go back to this for Golden Deer.

I don't usually like custom controller colors, but that one is pretty... The only controller that I've ever worn the stick down the plastic on was my launch Xbox 360 controller.

@FMW If it makes you feel better, FE3H only took me 45 hours on my first playthrough. It's only millions of hours if you feel compelled to play all paths (which I do...).

I hope the investigation yields something else that doesn't appear quite so politically motivated. Like, I agree that withholding aid to another country to coerce them into helping you get dirt on a political rival is an absolutely monstrous abuse of power, but it definitely makes it look like the Democrats are only worried about it for political reasons rather than legal ones.

Okay, yeah, military and rescue uses seem totally reasonable to me, I was just confused by the ad that shows it in a construction site but not doing anything obviously useful there.

I don't think I will ever understand the appeal of "classic" controllers. Microsoft nearly perfected the controller with the OG Xbox's Controller S, and everything since then has just been all the other companies realizing that basic design is the best and iterating it.

Yeah, Halo 5 on Heroic is no joke. 4 and 5 are definitely harder than the first 3, although it's not the kind of hard I like, they just made the Prometheans into bullet sponges.

I too bought myself The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, and I also don't know when I'm going to get to it, since I'm still on my second playthrough of FETH, and I'm probably going to do a third...

Control Holy shit this game is amazing, though the ending felt slightly abrupt/anticlimactic. The final fight was just too easy compared to the rest of the game, so it felt like it kind of just petered out.
