Yeah buddy! I'm fuckin stoked for this. Making it a launch game is smart, because it means I'm actually tempted to get a Scarlett at launch, since I'm sure my GTX 1080 won't be able to do it justice.

Well with the Cold Steel thing, the game was released and her name was actually in the credits, then she left the company and they patched the already released game to remove her name from the credits. So that's definitely not a laziness thing.

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice and Moonlighter from the Humble Monthly. I really got it for Hellblade, because the $12 subscription cost is tied for the cheapest Hellblade has ever been.

Tiny Metal: Act V They added another act to Tiny Metal some time ago, and I never got around to playing it. It was added for free, which is fantastic, I would have been quite happy with it as a paid expansion. It's more of the same from the main game, so if you liked that you'll like this, but it doesn't really add anything new either (other than new missions, obviously).

It's cool that you'll be able to migrate your bnet purchases and characters and everything over to Steam, but I really don't see myself going back to it... @Atomsk88 I played Destiny 2 on PC with a controller and was always competitive with the other players (in PvE, I don't play PvP so I can't comment on that), so you don't need to use kb/mouse if you don't want.

Steam gave me a 50% off coupon for Frostpunk since I own Banished, and apparently more than a year after it came out that's still the biggest discount it's ever had, so I went for it.

Observation It's basically 2001: A Space Odyssey where you're HAL, and it's fantastic. To go into basically any detail would be spoilers, but it's great and everyone should play it.

Surviving Mars: Green Planet I "beat" this game to the extent that you can beat a game like this. I did like that the Green Planet expansion gave you a larger overarching goal of completely terraforming Mars, but there wasn't really much to it when I finished, so it still just like of petered out like these games tend to. I had fun though, and that's what counts!

Yeah, I had kind of skipped through the video the first time (I was at work), and missed the part about the shields not turning red, but once I saw it I remembered that from Anniversary, and how weird it was. That was the only issue mentioned that I actually noticed on my own though.

That's kind of lame, but also I played the shit out of Halo 1 on OG Xbox and never noticed the difference, so meh.

I watched my wife play the first hour or so yesterday, and I didn't feel like I was missing anything, even though she kept noticing references to the first game, so it seems well-handled.

Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom. My wife loved the first one, and I've never gotten around to playing it, but apparently this is fairly standalone so I thought I could start here, and she'll have a good sequel to play.

That's certainly interesting. One of those things I could see going either way, either super useful or ending up just as a weird gimmick. At first I thought the whole bottom portion was a screen, keyboard included, which I could definitely see that being useful in some situations.

If it had been a racing game I would have still been disappointed, but also intrigued.
