Gamer's Gate Summer Sale http://www.gamersgate.com/summersale

Not sure if this message was up when the bundle started up again but... "Humble Bonus: everyone who buys the bundle gets to play Minecraft for free until August 14th"
-
try deleting your old vote, then revoting in every catagory (Which would you prefer?/Which of these three?)

Red Faction: Guerilla... at least smashing stuff was fun
-
Fallout New Vegas for 12.50... sounds good to me (also activates on steam <3) http://www.direct2drive.com/9815/product/Buy-Fallout-New-Vegas-Digital-Collector%27s-Edition-Download

It's rather fun, big problem is that there's a daily limit on the amount of dungeon crawling you can do, that you either pay a lot of in-game or some real money to refill... So maybe not the best game for group play

A mod pack that might give you a reason to go back to minecraft or tide you until the adventure update. Contains tons of mods like npcs/villages/dungeon towers/airships/guns/new ore/mobs/zelda style heart containers. http://skylands.goonygoon.com/

Enjoyed the first, a bit disappointed that 2 isn't continuing from the end of the first game.

So... I was mining upwards... and above me was a flooded cave with a treasure inside it, thought might as well... thinking it's not gonna flood my whole cave right?... water started draining, took the treasure/broke the pots found a some flippers... 10 minutes later noticed all the water in my cave... with the source still draining... had the bright idea to drain it all into hell.... http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/576672371047783606/CF73DCA2775538F9AB2699D62ED97ACE739F28B9/ (Not allowed to use that image extension on this board ?)

Compared to Minecraft which seems to be more focused on building and exploration, Terraria seems like more of a fighting and exploration game. In Minecraft the "goal" seems to be building your city/castle/pixelart etc..., Terraria's goal seems to be defeating the bosses, maxing your health/mana, and acquiring the best equipment in the game. I'm currently enjoying Terraria far more simply because I prefer the combat to the creativity but, once I reach the "end" of it I'll probably go back to Minecraft until Terraria's next patch. Not really a question but, feel free to message me on steam if you want to trade for anything, got most of the items in the game except for the ones found in dungeon.

1.6 Changelist is out Bug fixing is always good... as long as it doesn't create more bugs in the process. Curious if the tall grass is from that wildgrass mod... also no signs of Sky Dimension/Floating Islands? Guess they'll be in 1.7 then?

What game have you logged the most time in?
CrowKnow replied to Yantelope's topic in General Gaming Chat
Ragnarok Online probably sits at the top since I played that on and off for several years... More recently and with an actual number attached to it TF2 is at 1364 hours. I've probably sunk a good chunk of time into Minecraft though no idea how much. -
Pretty impressed by this one. http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=221352#p3180588

Image broken? Beta seems worth a look if you're interested in the whole item balancing/experimentation side of TF2... or simply want to see features like the replay/coaching system before they're officially released. Not even that far in the game and my brain is already starting to hurt...

Darksiders, enjoyed the story/combat... puzzles/platforming were a bit annoying. Looking forward to 2

Replay stuff seems to cause some lag spikes... at least while everyone is downloading replays at the same time. The editing and uploading seem pretty straight forward... seems a lot more straight forward than having to convert demos into images, then convert those images into a video using another program.

Crysis Enjoyable enough... plot was meh but, the gameplay was good

Hmm not sure I'm content with this list. Some of these choices seem to be some what nostalgia clouded, or simply remembering how much time I wasted on them as opposed to them being the greatest games I've ever played. 1) Ragnarok Online 2) Team Fortress 2 3) Starcraft 4) Diablo 2 5) Kingdom Hearts 6) Super Smash Bros. 7) Halo (PC) 8) Pokemon Blue 9) Minecraft 10) Counter Strike 1.6 11) Day of Defeat 12) Final Fantasy Tactics 13) Donkey Kong Country 14) TMNT IV: Turtles in Time (SNES) 15) Dynasty Warriors 4 Some other games left out/considered: Super Mario World, FF VII/X, Portal, AOE2, Xenosaga, Dark Cloud, Golden Sun, Link to the Past, SSBB, ZOE, .Hack//sign, Grandia 2, Pokemon Silver and Pokemon Stadium.

Portal 2, GTAIV, and Magicka

Does it mention what happened to the uhh vents that were shown a while back?

TF2 for 10$? 1312 hours in the game so... a bit more time invested per $ then most of my other purchases. Would be even sweeter if I picked it up for 2.50 but, oh well.
-
Oh wow, was thinking I'd buy this for 5$ when I first saw the steam sale... thanks Edit: Bought looks like you can copy the key and add it through steam, wonderful.
