I'm not 100% sure if there's an easier way to do this... like spork said I remember being able to use the same account multiple times during alpha. 1) To setup you'll need to set "online-mode=false" in the server.properties file. 2) With 3 people off of 1 account you're stuck either Hexedit http://www.minecraft...89#entry1788489 Find a pirated/custom client that changes the player name for you http://www.demonoid.me/files/details/2789629/38263077/ The only mod/hack that I can think of is Optifine a mod that should boost fps but, on netbooks I've only seen it make the game barely playable... "OptiFine 1.0.0_HD_S_C" seems like the most suitable one for netbooks http://www.minecraft...st-hd-textures/

Humble Bundle... wouldn't mind having to paste 5+ codes instead if it meant I could keep the extras for later

Trauma, Bioshock 2, The Ball, The binding of Issac (Cleared the womb) and Costume Quest

Kinda annoying how everything is so chance based, at least once session I'll end on floors with: only bombs but, only chests on the map or only keys and only dark rocks, rooms with no cover but, so many ranged enemies the fps dies making it even harder to dodge . Having my steam cloud save randomly wipe or fail to upload doesn't help either. Still enjoying the game though, giant amount of buffs is interesting and struggling to get to the end.

Steam Calculator: $1975.56 Adding up Transaction History(No Gifts): $554.91 Hopefully the hack blows over without incident

http://www.gamersgate.com/offers Settlers and Assassin's Creed games are on sale at Gamer's Gate. Anyone play any games from the current indie royale?... not sure I've heard of any of them

Humble Bundle, Bioshock 2, Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl, Costume Quest and Bastion

Alpha Protocol... and the Mount & Blade Pack

Metro 2033. Enjoyed it, should have experimented more gun wise... spent at least 3/4's of the game using the railgun. Some of the stealth missions were a bit annoying with the checkpoint save system. Rarely used grenades. Looking forward to Last Light.

Thought I'd share this with you guys Clip from earlier today

Metro 2033... enjoying it so far. The way some of the "cutscenes" were integrated were a relief after playing through bad company 2... TF2... yup Minecraft - Yogbox modpack... gave me a reason to play single player again, tons of content that only adds without being obtrusive.

5$ even https://www.riftgame...ial-upgrade.php Super tempted but, don't think I'll have the time for an mmo.. especially a subscription based one

Thanks for the feedback everyone, looks like I'll probably be picking up the 6870. Still undecided on the PSU, will need to get around to measuring mine... going to take a look at that subreddit as well.

A bit of a thread revival but, thought maybe other forumers could help Well... I've been meaning to upgrade my graphics card for a while now but, having very little experience with computer hardware(I've added/replaced ram... once... added/removed pci cards a few times) itself I thought I'd ask here first before spending any money. Currently this would be my current rig, none of the internal stuff has been modified. HP Pavilion Elite m9515f Currently looking at XFX Radeon HD 6870 Its within my "under 200$" price range Reasonably favourable reviews at Newegg, quiet and the ability to run games on high at 1920x1080 Not the greatest reasoning but, It comes with 4 free games... Stalker, Shogun 2, Deus Ex, and Dirt 3 My biggest hurdles besides the high price (and annoying rebate) are my lack of experience and the need to upgrade my PSU to accommodate the new card which is some what worse with problem 1 being around. I've only looked at this one so far Antec EarthWatts EA-650 GREEN 650W ATX12V v2.3 SLI Ready CrossFire Certified 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply which seems to satisfy the wattage need though I have no clue about the other specs, how I'd upgrade my PSU and if this PSU would work. Besides the benefit of the upgrade itself... the experience would probably be good.. hopefully give me more incentive to eventually build one from scratch. So yeah TLDR; Buying new GFX Card, thoughts? compat problems? same questions for PSU.
