Yeah I've been following Hot Hearts advice in that regard. btw if anyone is up for doing a raid give a yell. Not done one, would be cool to do with folks n a mic.

I'll join this bandwagon (esp with the GMG voucher pointed out). Had played the demo on PS3 way back in the day and enjoyed it. Can't remember why I didn't pick it up (though I remember a large part of playing demos back in the day was cos that was free n I was unemployed).

I like John Bishops remark at the end

Ah yes, Sci-fi MMO Game, that hit game that everyone is talking about.

Yup. Absolutely retarded reasoning too.

Infusion. Cool to know it can use blue gear. Looks like I've got bits to sort out. Got a sweet Exotic that's a bit low in light but some Blue items that are bit stronger.

http://i.imgur.com/yGUcydv.gifv Oh on a purring thing apparently that's how they speak to the hoomans. Cat to Cat they're pretty suite, lot of body language n such. Probably explains the change, lost her debate partner.

Picking up an Apple keyboard from CEX with a colleague, and spotted on the back shelf a Guitar Hero On Tour for DS for 75p so picked it up for my little sister. She's spoilt rotten

So this whole "making better legendary gear" stuff...

Well unlike Ethan I'm not a Shmod so I've fixed it.

I'm intrigued I think.

I think some things are a bit off and maybe not the references the video implies(e.g Wall-E/Blade Runner), but for most part a good luck at some of the film elements Pixar snuck into their films.

I imagine largely embellished for dramatic sake. Not like there's an autobiography out there to reference.

The tagline is also out of date. If you want I can update both. Eventually. (I need to update the Tapatalk, but I carry on remembering while I'm at work...mainly cos it's a work-related matter weirdly enough) Also at first I was like "this forum isn't even 7 years old" then I worked out what maths you were using.

Yeah, all that particular quest/decision does is mean that the other factions you don't pick will bitch about why would you go with that other party to do it? I went with Minutemen, it worked out fine (I think there's a minor tweak if you go with Brotherhood since they're more technically capable). Oh and there's a minorish sidequest you get given which I imaging changes slightly if you go with Brotherhood too since I got given it by Sturges, then later in the Brotherhood questline they're like "Yo, that sidequest you did for Minutemen? Go to Sturges n do the end bit for us too"...this will make sense when it happens..or

There's definitely at least some high-res backgrounds kicking around cos I posted them in here some months back. And yeah the models have been updated, with I think the battle models being used in the overworld. I guess at least the 3D elements are scaled up n aliased so battles and the world map will be alright. Shame they don't even seem to have attempted any sort of even basic sharpening to polish up the backgrounds. Be nice to play it again but damn does it look super bad with crisp 3D model floating over a blurry background.

Not too bad if I say so myself. Probably should grab a few snaps of the inside?

Democratic President Obama's push for a law enforcing background checks and license for sales seems pretty moderate to me (though as an EU citizen I'm pretty happy with the benefits of regulation and find Americas hard-on for deregulation pretty insane and self-harming behaviour). Gun ownership is obviously as much of American tradition as us having beefeaters n parliamentary snuff so sure keep it around but it's pretty clear that something needs to be in place to at least tackle the abnormally high count of mass murders and gun deaths. The issue with the "good guys with guns" argument some make is thrown into the light when you've 150 armed guys shacked up in government buildings denying the public access to public land, causing the closure of local schools and pulling away law enforcement in order to make sure it doesn't go all crazy. Some folks would see them as "good guys" using guns against the "tyranny of government", and others would see them as "bad guys" being all "might is right" to abuse local public access land for personal game and subverting the will of the law. And with 150 armed guys eager to "kill or be killed" and a bunch of law enforcement besieging them it's got a lot of wiggle room to go tits up (or "Waco"). Of course the government has access to Drones these days so the 150 guys with guns are naturally outnumbered should gov't really want them shifted. Of course any gun discussion is: blah blah..bunch of kids got shot n America didn't give a shit. Likes of Thursday n I can say our pieces but end of day it's up to the national conscience of America to sort itself out n figure what it wants.

Also watching Clone Wars. I feel I must have in the past (probably with brother, he's into star wars but watches anything other than the films) cos recognised some plot lines. Grievous is a bit naf at the start. Also true to nature of a prequel there's very little feeling of threat since you know Anakin n Obi-wan get out fine with no major scrapes n bruises. But good to see progression. (oh I'm only sorta midway on series 1, watching other stuff alongside) In other Star Wars news someone spotted this in Ep 3. https://gfycat.com/EthicalCapitalAmmonite Apparently it's been known for a while tgat Lucas fecked about with editing to pull together scenes. Kinda shit directing if you never took the correct shot in the first place. Eean had spoken out against it when he noticed lines n scenes popping up he'd not said or done (at least at same time)

I've not seen Inside Llewyn Davis but I'm aware that also stars Kylo Ren. But yeah Oscar Isaac is nigh unrecognisable in Ex Machina. (and even less recognisable as Apocalypse)
-
Yeah I was surprised given in most media it's shown you need to wait for a gun that at gun shows you can kinda go in and as long as you have the money can easily pick up a gun. Don't even need the black market to get an unregistered gun. Not really any point requiring a waiting period in gun shops if there's such an open gun purchase. Be like having a malaria net with a 1ft hole in it then being surprised when you die of malaria.

It's Oscaar Isaac, aka Poe Dameron, killing it on the dance floor, much like he kills it with his flying skills, while an aghast [something] Gleeson, aka Hux, looks on, much like sorta does on in TFA. It's Ex Machina. Good film if yet to see it.

Hmm. Ours was the Royals vs Parliament, but we have two "head of state"s as it were. I think given the US's "State" structure you could maybe have armed conflict within a state and it'd be a civil war, just not an American Civil War pt 2, but like Nevada Civil War or whatever, but if it was to spread to multiple states I'd say it'd be American Civil War even if it wasn't all of them involved (not like every country was involved in WWI n WWII). As we'll find out later this year only need like 6 dudes duking out out to be considered a "civil war" (and 4 days in an "Age")
