  1. I'm sure when summer happens he'll be glad he had those Oakleys for the few blinding hours the clouds part and the evil burning ball arrives in the sky. That or maybe he's planning to go visit one of the colonies?
  2. @tenshi: BBC can't afford the pixels these days. http://youtu.be/hD3w_VdTG30 So apparently you Americans missed out on these scenes in Austin Powers. They were great, no idea why they got removed for US release. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Austin_Powers:_International_Man_of_Mystery#Deleted_scenes
  3. Old school Harley.
  4. So I guess being an adult is part of why it's taken a while to get around to this, when it was started I was moving house, which heavily cut into my time. I guess another thing is just the little bits of adult hood, so work is a large chunk, and not having a mum to make you food cuts like 20 minutes out of your gaming, then there's the clothes washing n ironing etc. hehe. Oh fortnightly boardgaming sessions 4pm-3am can have quite an impact too on quality video gaming time. Similar to HotHeart it's also a case of sometimes feeling "guilty" if I spend a lot of time gaming rather than being "productive". Usually for me if I have a whip around the house tidying bits n bobs here n there it usually puts me in the right mindset of having done my productive stuff, now I can like sit n veg out with a game for a few hours. Oh and similar to Tenshi on being a somewhat slow gamer anyway, tied in with having a bunch of RPGs it can build a bit of backlog, sometimes hard to be playing games at launch with others (Witcher 3 n Batman being the first time in a while I've been able to not be months out on playing a game).
  5. I'm pretty sure someone on here mentioned it. There's also places like Twitter too. Either way I'm pretty certain with regards to the film it's never mentioned beyond him "being in the navy".
  6. The I-Rex only ripped its tracker out after it escaped the enclosure. Sure it was smart, but it wasn't strong enough to break out the enclosure on its own, the only way it could have gotten out was with the aid of someone else. In this case Owen for being all "well the machines can't see it, let's go into a dino pen with three other guys, despite not long rescuing a guy from another dino pen". I dunno something like A fair chunk of past park staff and vistors were eaten, making sure that there's a crap ton of H&S and crossed t's and dotted i's is going to be a big thing for them. The big boss guy even says they had to cover ever eventuality for the park to be open. The Parks admin not knowing what's in it is sorta fair given it's not like a regular theme park manager will know the exact compositional structure of all their rollercoasters. (you know I get there's dinosaurs n all there, but no rollercoasters n such too?).
  7. Doesn't seem particularly "scary". I know it's a kids film n all, but like I guess some kind of Gremlins level is cool for kids. Maybe I'm misremembering the books (not that I vastly remember much except fuck that ventriloquist dummy)
  8. He knew it was a GM dino, and smart. In fact his entire job is doing intelligence tests with the Raptors. He should have known better. One would assume given prior events on the island there would be rather specific set of protocols n policies in place of "we can't locate the dino atm", like nearly everything in that park had locations trackers on.
  9. Adds Batman Arkham Knight to the pile. Ending kinda dragged the game down a fair bit of like "oh yeah, complete like 95% of the sidequests to actually end the game". Extremely anticlimatic. I think I've the Harley Quinn DLC. Not super sure, I guess I can check.
  10. Yeah Dandelion does the voiceover. He writes your journal entries too, has done the past few games.
  11. It's never mentioned in the movie, but Chris Pratt has mentioned it in interviews. It would have taken like a seconds to cover and be like "oh he's a dolphin sea mine trainer guy".
  12. That's kind of THE sci-fi trope. "man plays god". Frankstien had it and its over a century old. Shareholders being a new addition. http://dresdencodak.com/2009/09/22/caveman-science-fiction/
  13. Chris Pratt set it free by not checking before just waltzing in with 2 now dead guys.
  14. Come on, what ending did you end up with. Mine here: http://forum.pressxordie.com/topic/225-the-witcher/?p=142924 Anyway if you want this is a good post game watch: http://youtu.be/hBoCRYX6Vq0

  16. I'd almost got to thinking that they wouldn't have much reference to main MCU (it started before MCU). Though maybe trying to cram it in is why Edgar left. Oh and spoiler:
  17. Have you removed all the old drivers first then installed new completely fresh drivers (even if shifting from one Nvidia card to another)?
  18. Watched em the other night. Pretty damn great. The Jerry nursery was great
  19. There's a few to acquire that your not given. Evidence Room is a good spot to look. They're mainly only used for Riddler Trophies and Challenges.
  20. The BBcode is, if you wish to type manually: iirc it's somewhat case sensitive. @atomsk: Once you clear the Catwoman section of Riddlers stuff (only 9 challenges cos...9 lives) then he shuts up for most part apart from at 10% points of completing the trophys. If you're that far in the main story and haven't worked much on the side objectives I'd maybe make it a priority. I'm around the 75% story mark and I don't have the option to complete any of them now, and haven't for a while (maybe around 65% mark). (also I hear ending changes depending on overall completion)
  21. Yeah it might be that. Been a while since I've been on a PlayStation.
  22. It's not so much that they're difficult, I just find the more Cobra Tanks, the more tedious and time consuming it gets, and generally not fun. Welcome to Open World games I guess. Very few fail to not fall into the trap of "make minigame, do it again, do it bigger, do it more". Hence why most folks have usually cited Aslyum as the best of the series, the linear route through the game makes it quite a bit "tighter" n allows for more bespoke traversal and ways of designing levels compared to one size fits all of a city. (apart from the Titan fights) Assuming PS4: Which should batcape twice to stun, same as the big fellas, then to jump and stomp on him. XBOX is BBA
