I'm to understand somewhat active, looking around there's a fair few games on the Workshop. Though yeah, a oddly specific physics sandbox (so flipping table is meant to be possible)

    4. Vecha

      Vecha

      I'm up for jumping in.

  2. As a wee heads up if you think that one was spoilerific they've put out a new one:
  3. Only Obadiah Stone was an employee, Ivan was the son of a disgraced engineer (though I think his dad had worked for Stark's dad in the past), and Alrdirch was part of AIM, an almost competitor to Stark Industries (though more of a terrorist org at odds with most folks, but personally jilted by Stark).
  4. Oh yeah, I was thinking on what you said cos I'm pretty sure the gameplay trailer was implying if you do certain things then like towns will spring up, new goods accessible, areas change etc. (Though they may have Polish Peter Molyneux, who knows)
  5. Oh yeah, not sure if I've asked this but: Daredevil tied into MCU like Agents of Shield and Agent Carter? (Or has that not been made apparent yet?)
  6. I find the discounts gamergate give aren't that great.
  7. Handy Map: Witcher 1 = Green Witcher 2 = Yellow Witcher 3 =Red (Apparently. They've only been releasing the map in bits so far) Oh n this is the Witcher 2 map that came with the game.
  8. Django We were chatting about Christoph Waltz role in upcoming Bond at work n I'd mentioned I'd yet to watch Django and was met with a wall of "Watch it!". So had pretty free n lazy Sunday to wind down from a day of boardgames. Stuck on Inglorious Basterds first (which I've seen in the past). Pretty good film, though I feel maybe bits drag on in some cases (or more than it's just longer than it needed to be..I dunno). All in all a good film, with the usual Tarantino dialogue (and cameo), and towards the end the usual Tarantino OTT violence (I'd already seen the "Say goodbye to Mrs Lara" scene from that "Edgar Wright Every Frame a Painting" video and it was still funny then). To a large degree Waltz plays rather similar characters, the one who sort of enters the room and knows much of everything that's going on thus having the upper hand, though this time he's less so knowledgeable (much to his demise), but also more likeable (Hans Landa largely running on charisma). I think the beard helps a lot with that.
  9. Do folks even film in New York these days? I was under the impression it's super expensive so film New York is a blend of vancouver n Chicago (with some CG magic n stock photos in between). Place with a name like "Hells Kitchen" sure sounds like it's gonna be gritty n crime filled. It's a superhero show after all, not Location, Location, Location.
  10. I played: We Didn't Playtest This At All/Either Mars Attacks Dice Dominion (A recent purchase after playing with Kenshi) Abyss Zombicide Superfight One Night Ultimate Werefolf: Daybreak Battle Wizards And I think a bunch others I've forgotten. There was a lot of games going on.
  11. Yeah, from what I've seen you can travel from A to B with no stops in between. They're really ramping things up between games as far as tech n scope goes. Just hope it doesn't fall apart.
  12. Apparently a bunch of folks on my FB Timeline. The first episode gets a thumbs up and tomorrow is apparently marathon time. I am watching Community though, and tomorrow playing boardgames.
  13. So Michael McWhertor, previously if Kotaku currently of Polygon, privy to the fact Lego were making "Lego Dimensions" decided to grab the domain before lego could then redirect it to Polygon. I'm pretty sure if I remember articles in the past complaining of domain squatters for likes of COD 9 n such.
  14. Oh god, Daily Fail giving grief to "Red Ed" cos he's had nookie with other women prior to his current wife. Fucking hell scraping the barrel. Only a month of this to endure I guess.
  15. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-hampshire-32234567 UKIP have sunk to new lows. Not even Steak Bakes on offer.
  16. Local paper did a write up for International Tabletop Day. Managed to spell Cluedo wrong though not Dixit. http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/whats-on/family-kids-news/geeks-gamers-unite-across-newcastle-9015495 Also asked around at the local Forbidden Planet for suggested games to play: http://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/whats-on/family-kids-news/international-tabletop-day-2015-top-9015435 It's funny, not entirely considered much of a boardgaming shop tbh, they've got like a backshelf with some popular and recent releases but beyond that Travelling Man is generally the larger one for boardgames. Forbidden Planet for comics alongside figurines n the usual collectible tat (of which they're 2' Gypsy Danger will one day be mine).
  17. Archangel concept art for Age of Ultron Apocalypse. http://imgur.com/a/uId1e
  18. My understanding is American Left is still to our right. And yeah, Lib Dems did surprisingly well last time around, essentially pulling votes from Labour so they're likely to return to their old obscurity after thier "betrayal". I'd say I'd be pissed but I was in a Labour area so not like my vote meant much (and likely won't this time either given still got FTPT cos people are fucktards n "don't want more coalition governments" cos that's totally a problem that's going away anytime soon). As Hottie has noted it seems Greens have replaced Lib Dems as the alt-Labour/left vote (with UKIP now joining in to be the alt-Tory/Right vote). I don't see too much difference between Labour n Tories in many respects. On one hand Tories are much more effective (though they're effective at being dicks), and Labour kinda bit useless n limp. Kinda bummed we ended up with Ed instead of David. Probably gonna be the big issue there (since many vote on the potential PM rather than thier local party). I like that where I live I've only gotten Lib Dem n Labour leaflets in so far *touch wood*. I guess the tories figure not much point, and UKIP probably don't want to waste leaflets on the folks they want out. I wonder how well Nate Silver would do with the UK political landscape.
  19. Wooh, new haircut for Boo. Also in relation to the above Pierce was "dying" from an overdose. I'm to understand Chevy Chase does eventually leave.
  20. @Thursday: I guess when you put it that way. But I imagine Lib Dems for Conservatives again are pretty unlikely, and Greens would be way too far left for them. In fact Greens might be too far left for Labour too, but they might ally with Lib Dems. @Goh: Greens were like practically 0 at the last so Lib Dems n Greens wouldn't have been able to form a government. Labour were the ones sorta being voted out, Lib Dems at the time likely saw it as a worse idea to form a coalition with Labour, allowing both to be big enough to form government, than Conservatives despite being closer in policies mainly cos they were the old government and maybe felt they'd be demonised for allowing Labour to stay in. Instead they joined with the Tories and got demonised for uni tuition fees and allowing Conservatives to get in to power.
