  1. I never got around to finishing Prototype. The game really began to piss me off near the end. Having super powers isn't fun if your enemies knock you around like a beach ball. Finished Mark of the Ninja the day before yesterday. It was probably one of the better stealth games I've played. The demon mask—the one that inspires terror in enemies—makes it so much more entertaining.
  2. They deserve to be duped for backing it in the first place.
  3. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=4fp8hhXaMfQ
  4. I really like those goggles. Snazzy.
  5. Thanks a bazillion times over for the support, Rev. You're primo-marvy.
  6. Just saw the movie last night. I haven't been keeping up with the news, so I was a bit disappointed when I found out it wasn't going to be one movie, but I guess that's to be expected given the length. I enjoyed it.
  7. I thought that was only on SNES. Looks like I was wrong.
  8. Received Mark of the Ninja and Half-Minute Hero from Kovach. Hooray! Magical Drop V from MetalCaveMan. Hooray! Analogue: A Hate Story, Grotesque Tactics 1 and 2 Pack and War of Roses from an awesome guy who gifts me things year-round.. Hooray! Don't Starve from Vecha. My in-laws got me a dress shirt and tie and Playstation All-Stars. Sisters got me a dress shirt, special mug and assorted goods from The Body Shop. And sister time, which is immensely important. Wife bought me a pair of super-snazzy Tuscan dress shoes and a Final Fantasy 6 print. I think that's about it.
  9. Meh DLC characters? Figures. Figures. I'm not really in the mood to bother with letting it bother me, but it should. Anyway, I was gifted the game for Christmas. I think it's all right, but it's sorely lacking in content. There's fighting. And fighting. The unlockables leave a lot to be desired. Part of the fun of Super Smash Bros. was going through and unlocking characters/stages. The levels and crossovers are nice, but the items are also lacking. I think it's an okay game. If anyone wants to play, add me on PSN.
  10. Sis brought bags and bags and bags and bags of pastries from the bakery she works at a week or so ago. STILL EATING THEM!
  11. Dunwall City Trials is friggin' difficult. I love the first mission, though. Especially if you decide to do it without using any powers.
  12. I'm not too fond of that. : \ I think it'd be a great idea if they had the obligation to keep the servers running well after the release of the next game, and the game after that.
  13. I was in the beta for this game and was incurably smitten by it. While it could certainly use more content and perhaps a bit of polish, it's a fantastic medieval combat game—the best I've yet to play. I mentioned buying the 4-pack to a friend and he bought me a copy (which he has a habit of doing), so I bought one for the wife as well.
  14. If I see it on the wishlist, I JUMP ON IT! That way no one can say I gift bad games.
  15. I don't waste my time (or money) on Kickstarter anyway. I just think it's a neat idea to toss around. If they did include multiple populated planets, it'd be a good idea to also do something with different in-game languages. Cultural things, even. People will obviously find their way around it, but I think it'd be a entertaining to watch. If my experience in similar environments is any indication, those who resort to out-of-game solutions are few and far between.
  16. I could see it before FDS posted. I just didn't have a reason for posting that I could see it. XD
  17. So Vecha totally isn't my Secret Santa. Still, he gifted me Don't Starve today and I think it's worth mentioning. Watched the 30-minute Giant Bomb quick look of that and thought it seemed neat enough.
  18. Assuming this is somehow executed properly, I don't think it'd be too far-fetched for a group of people to pull together to start fending off others sort of like a coalition of city-states.
  19. Thanks again to Frosty the Mini-Wheat Man for Symphony. I've been turning hot beats into, uh, projectiles and things!
  20. FMW stopped by my chimney to drop off a copy of Symphony! He's super-marvy for doing so. Initially, he had offered to send the item I jokingly posted to my status. That was, well, even more super-marvy of him. I don't know where he's getting all this marvy from—much less the super type—but I'm not one to look a marvy horse in the mouth. Thanks, Frosty(ed) the Snowman.
