Jesus. I love my iPod and all (and I really do), but a dumb idea is a dumb idea no matter who came up with it. Oh, I'm sure it'll sell just fine. Apple products always do nowadays, but as a concept? As an example of innovation? It's borderline shameful. *Edit* Regarding the argument that they're just trying to compete with the Kindle and Nexus and so on, I have two problems with that: 1) Kindle Fire is Amazon's only tablet (unless you count the earlier book readers, which I don't). Unless I'm mistaken, the Nexus is Google's first tablet as well. They have no history to improve on regarding tablets. Apple is a company that supposedly prides itself on being cutting edge, and making the ipad smaller is the best they could come up with? That's not new. That's not exciting. That's just a "me too" response, and I feel like Apple is sitting on its laurels when they're capable of doing more. . 2) If this thing is supposed to compete with the Kindle and the Nexus, it's doing a shitty job. Why? The price. The Kindle and Nexus are appealing to people because they're affordable, at least as luxury electronics go. The ipad mini STARTS at $329. That's barely cheaper than the regular ipad. If Apple released the mini at $199 or something close to that, I might say its existence is justified. But $329? There's no excuse for that.

Yeah but when's the last time he was the main villain of an RPG game? The original Paper Mario, I think. He's a bit too goofy and pathetic to be all that menacing. All I'm sayin is I want to be able to fight Hunson Abadeer or the Lich, and I doubt they would be before Ice King.

As much as I love Ice King as a character, I kinda hope he's not the final boss of the game. I mean, let's face it. Finn kicks his ass on a regular basis.

While I think it's bad taste to play politics with the hurricane, I think as of right now it still helped Obama's image more than hurt it due to his timely response. Even Governor Christie, an avid Romney supporter, had the decency to thank Obama for his aid and praised his expediency. Meanwhile, it's now coming out that Romney supported leaving disaster relief to the states and the private sector. Whether he still feels that way is almost irrelevant. When your home has just been ravaged by a storm, you do NOT want to hear that shit.

Romney has been releasing some tv ads in Ohio that are more than just the usual misleading you find in politics: they're flat out lies. They've been called out on this several times by the press but their strategy now is obviously "Just say whatever we can think of to make Obama sound bad and hope we rein in enough suckers who don't bother to verify anything."
