Toejam and Earl 2 was such a weird departure though. It wasn't a terrible game by any means but....it played NOTHING like its predecessor in any way whatsoever.

Well ok let me put it like this. Why would you play as Ryu when Akuma is right there.

Do we need Ryu AND Akuma? It always bugs me how in versus games they have to put more than one of the shotoclones in there. They play almost the exact same. I get that there's fan appeal, but gameplay-wise it seems like a wasted slot.

I'm thinking about getting a laptop this year, maybe after my tax returns if I get a decent refund. The m11x is something I hear a lot about, but I kinda wanted to gather feedback from people who have used it. My primary concerns were as follows: How's the battery life? Is the screen small to the point where text-heavy games/webpages are hard to read? How's the keyboard? Is the core model good or do I have to go with the "premium" one? Where could I find a deal? Any heating issues? How is the actual game performance? Is this the best alienware laptop for under $1000?
