Drop by hell sometime, you can party with all my previous lives. It's not really as bad as some people make it out to be.

They're slowly ramping up the amount of avatar awards, XBLA games especially. I have a handful of games with them so hopefully they keep getting more popular. I do notice that a lot more XBLA games seem to be doing it, which makes me wonder why so many large developers and publishers are dragging their feet about it. The only big games I've played recently to unlock anything are Halo Reach and Red Dead Redemption.

I like going for achievements. It's satisfying when you get a really hard one or you get a 1000/1000.

Well it's fun to complain about bad movies. There are some that just go beyond bad and practically cross the realm into evil. But this thread isn't really meant to invite discussion about THOSE films so I'll just change the subject. I was not all that impressed with Donnie Darko.

Trust me, if you haven't seen a truly terrible movie, you're not looking in the wrong places. Some movies out there will literally make you an unhappier person and get you generally depressed. Be glad you haven't run into that yet.

They used to play Iron Giant on tv all the time. I mean, ALL THE TIME.

Ah damn. I wish more games gave you prizes for achievements. That's why I love my meat boy so much. It's a trophy for beating an ultra-hard game.

Why did you see Airbender? Why did you reward it with your money? I don't think anyone would have blamed you if you just pirated it.

I tend to just watch episodes with pivotal fights in them now and skip over the talky talky blah blah bullshit eps.

This movie was on Netflix so I watched it with a friend, knowing full well it was going to be weird. Be forewarned this clip is pretty gory. So, you know, no pussies.

Sheesh, had I known I was going to be so involved with this forum now back when MNC was discounted on XBLA, I would have bought the damn game.

True, Lucky Star might not be the most immediately accessible thing in the world, but once you have rudimentary knowledge of the most popular series that get referenced, it's pretty lulzy.
