Oh come on! Revelations had a 10-hour mission, with a variety of missions, good controls, and a goddamn storyline. Revelations might be the weakest of the Ezio trilogy but it's at least a full fledged game that runs at a competent level.

I loved AC3. The more I think about AC:L, the more I absolutely did not like it. Took about 4 hours to beat, was a graphical mess, sound was terrible, and worst of all, the story was almost non-existent. I mean it's great that a game had a black female lead, but it's hard to call her a "character", she's not fleshed out anywhere near as much as Ezio, Connor, or Desmond.

I have the instruction manual but not the box. Curse you, young TCP!!!!

Is Majora's Mask gold cart worth anything? I'm also sitting on Xenoblade Chronicles now, which apparently is hard to get.
-
Yeah but if you're not in the same room as her the chances of BUSINESS TIME (if you get my drift) are minimal at best.

Yeah the answer of "get another TV" would not work in most relationships. Not only would I want to spend time isolated away from her but she would not let that fly either. Remote play is ideal, not only for people in relationships but also for when you want to do some grinding/fetch quests/side quests or anything that doesn't require full concentration or maybe just isn't that interesting. That way you can watch last night's The Late Late Show or Hockey Night in Canada, while still doing some gaming. Winning!

At least it was only $40 isn't Elder Scrolls Online a full $60?
-
You mean February.
-
That's the thing! When this feature was first announced back in February I thought the remote play feature had to be under the same network. I have access to some really good wifi networks.. this is promising!

Hopefully it adds DS4 support later on. That'll take care of a lot of the touch screen problems. The PS4 -> Vita TV support seems awesome, we only have one TV at the moment, but it'd be great to get a bedroom TV and do some PS4ing in there. I wonder if the planned PS3 remote play to Vita support means we'll be able to stream PS3 games to other TVs as well?

Ok I've had time to let this digest. I was caught off guard, I had no idea there was going to be a pre-TGS conference. The PS Vita TV is... a brilliant fucking move from Sony. I see lots of Kotaku commentors saying this is a dumb, but I don't think they get it. You need to think of this as a $100 (potentially less in NA... that is, if we get it) remodel of the PS Vita. For that price point they'll sell a lot of these, which will make developing for the Vita a safer bet for developers... which means more Vita games. I can see this being sort of an entry level Vita. I have yet to meet someone who actually owns a Vita and doesn't love it.

A couple thoughts about that video... That one girl was kind of like a Japanese Sarah Greene. I think I'm in love all over again. Speaking of her... did she play Knack via Remote Play off her PS4.. which would be at home.. at school?!?!?! Also, I want to live in Japan... everyone has Vitas and there are large concert like Killzone events. This is where I belong!!

I HAVE NO WORDS. I'm confused, a little scared, BUT I WANT ONE NOW!

Welcome to the brotherhood. Not buying consoles at launch is for suckers!

I will now rank the Marvel movies: 1. Avengers 2. Iron Man 3 3. Thor 4. Captain America 5. Incredible Hulk 6. Iron Man 7. Iron Man 2 Also here's a gif of Rocket Raccoon because every Marvel thread needs one:

Oh man wish I could play TLoU for the first time again.

I always thought of second party as studios that are mostly but not entirely owned by a first party company. Example would be Game Freak who only puts out Nintendo stuff but they're not a part of Nintendo like Nintendo EAD studios or even Retro are. Maybe I'm just completely misinformed. There is a first time for everything, you know.

Trade it in! Or give the 1000 to the wife. My lady got my old 3DS when I upgraded to the XL.
-
Yeah. That'd be dope. I wouldn't be surprised if the PS4 had that ability considering it can do it the other way around. What would be cool would be a Vita-2000 with HDMI out and DS4 support. Also more memory card inputs.

Once again TCP called it. IMHO this makes the Vita version the definitive Rayman Legends due to the portability nature of it AND having the touch screen benefits of the Wii U version. Plus, 35 dollars!
-
My prediction: flop.
-
I wonder how much that'll confuse viewers. There's already a ton of characters and names to remember, actors changing doesn't help.
-
If you don't have a Vita but do have a Wii U (what's wrong with you?!?!) definitely get this on the Wii U.
-
Yeah you sure are. jk!
