I'm curious to see if anyone was allowed to upgrade yet. I'm waiting for windows to let me know but I'm also impatient. I want to know now! As far as preparing, I"m not upgrading my PC until the end of the free upgrade program cause I just don't feel like dealing with it. My laptop has everything on the cloud so I'm hoping to update as soon as windows lets me.

Are you interested? Yessir What Platform are you on? Steam When can you do this? Monday Wednesday Thursday/Weekends if scheduled enough in advance Format? I have no preference.

I'm on a bit of a sci-fi kick, but I can't seem to find anything that fits my mood. What do you guys suggest that I read that leans a bit towards a Han Solo style Sci-fi book?

I've had the Vaporfi for a month or so now and I have to say it is pretty amazing. It took a while to get used to, it requires sitting for a minute once its heated up, but overall its really great! Again thanks for the suggestion Fred!

I like Merc the most. If there are differences between the cars its pretty minimal. Merc just looks fun when its doing flips in the air. This would be a fun game to start a PXOD tourney. Get a 6 teams going and put up a season with a playoff.

I've run into a rather annoying hitch in my computer. I upgraded my graphics card to the 970, but since then my computer boot up time has slowed dramatically. It hangs up on the motherboard splash screen for a while. I haven't timed it, but its well over a minute where as before it was extremely short. Along with this I've notice it takes boot up programs, like steam and other games, to load longer than it used to. I have no idea what I did to change things. Any suggestions as to what may have caused this?

I've been here long enough to know that this probably isn't the right lace to ask, but I kind of forgot where to post a question like this: What PC mic/headset do you all recommend with-in the $50-$100 dollar range? I would like one with surround sound (not required) comfortable on the ears and head (I have smaller ears which means that the headband usually feels a bit tight on the top of my head) and finally a longer cable, my computer is next to my tv so I would like more than your standard 3' cables if possible.

I haven't been reading or watching any news information for about two days. I guess now people think that it's a bad idea to fly the confederate flag infront of government buildings. Why did it take this long for some one to think that was bad? I mean the flag represents a group of states that wanted to leave this country, then in the mid 20th century it was flown again to protest civil rights where it remained on government buildings. Whats more absurd is that people are upset by the thought of removing the flag.

I'm super excited about the new Need For Speed. I hope its as good as it looks.

Jurassic World. Its great in that it is self aware. It pokes fun at the franchise as a whole, and how it lost its way and went over the top by the time 3 came out. Jurassic Park is one of my all time favorite movies, and this movie is a great follow up to the first film. It doesn't ignore the sequels, but it doesn't really acknowledge them either. For those of you worried about the trained raptors, the movie handles the subject very well. A few issues I had with the film, one being the bad guy is your typical bad guy with typical bad guy motives that you see in almost every movie: I also had a few issues with the way everybody's attitude towards the dinosaurs, it was so black and white. You had those who would say "these are animals not attractions" and the others who would constantly refer to them as "assets". It was a theme that I felt showed no shades of grey. I watched it in D-box, and moving seats weren't as good as I had hoped. I may D-box another movie in the future but it didn't add anything to the movie. The final scenes:

As said before, Vaping isn't healthy but its a hell of a lot healthier than filling your lungs with smoke. On that note, I'm looking for a dry herb vape for weed. Something a little more portable. I don't need to go outside with it, but I also don't want to feel like I'm sucking out of a breathalyzer. I looked into the oils and its way too expensive to switch over, and I really want to limit smoking to a bare minimum.

So Apple introduced a few new things yesterday. None of this excites me, but its all news worthy. Apple has created a market where apps are king, and then years and years later realized that everybody who made the apps are making the money. Naturally Apple is going to create their own apps to compete. I bet in two years computers and phones are going to blow us away. Microsoft has stepped up their game, Google is working really hard to stay at the top, and it seems Apple has learned that they aren't the trend setter anymore.

I think you can meet NPCs but not very much. I enjoy attacking funeral ships when I come across them.

Power play starts up today surprisingly. This is going to change a lot about the game, so I've heard. I haven't seen much of it but its got 3 new ships, Diamondback Scout/Diamondback Explorer/Imperial Courier. I hope to get some time in this weekend.

I'm sure I would like this for playing games that you need a mouse/keyboard for, but I've read that the right touch pad requires you to lift your finger and continue to push to the outside. Not ideal for action games. If that is something you can program then color me interested.

I'd wager mid-2016, possibly even late-2016, personally. I really doubt they'd announce the game 6-10 months before release. Late-2015 and early-2016 would probably be too early. My brain agrees with you, but my heart hopes you're wrong.

I bought a cheap Asus laptop because I wanted to see how Windows 8 worked, so I'll install Windows 10 on that. Sadly the laptop was too cheap to be any good, even after I upgraded the ram. I'm excited to try out Windows 10!

Skyrim's legs were so long for me only because of the modding community. I have a much less desire to mod this game. This game is telling a story in a world, Elder Scrolls has always been creating a world for you to live in. On a side note, I'm learning that I'm terrible at being a witcher... Tower of Rats and the witches of bog spoilers below

I know that destruction of the ship will lose the bounties you have, so I always assumed it did the same with discovery. I don't actually know for a fact though.
