I started true vault hunter mode in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. It's basically a second tougher play through where you keep all your items and your level. You obviously acquire better loot too. They did something pretty cool with it though. The Pre-Sequel is basically told by one of the playable Pre-Sequel characters to the main characters of the first Borderlands. It's basically like playing a flashback with narration. What happens is that on your second play through, two characters from the previous two games(Brick and Tiny Tina) ask the character to retell the story since one of them missed it. So she does. So from then on, the game injects commentary from the storyteller and the two characters. It's fucking cool. Only game I know that did something similar was Nier. Though I think in Nier it's vital to replay it. Here is just a nice little bonus. Anyways, I have a lot of respect for games that add substantial content to new game plus. I have a problem with replaying games. I think I may do it too much.

I've probably mentioned this before, but I hate fan made shit based on existing properties. It bothers me to an insane degree. It's not even a peeve, I hate it. I somehow feel embarrassed for the person that makes it. It's such a strange feeling, just so uncomfortable. I was going to single out fan made movie posters of movies that haven't come out yet, but there's so much more. Photoshopping actors to look like a character from a movie or tv show or comic or game or anything. Fan made movie trailers that are made entirely from preview trailers, teasers and sequels to the movie that is coming out. Hate that shit. People who make their own video games covers, print them out and actually use them. Ugh. That's so obsessive. It's a goddamn mental illness. Someone should tell them that instead of encouraging it. Cosplay that fucks shit up with the colors or the theme. I don't want to see a Hello Kitty Darth Vader or a steampunk Batman. That's like making a costume out of the garbage action figures we used to get for Xmas when we they had ran out of the original toy at the store. I know it sounds like I'm trying to suppress self expression or something, but it's just so bad. I know a lot of this stuff takes a lot of work to make sometimes, but it's always bad. It all looks like cheesy bootleg shit I grew up with in my childhood. I hated it then and I hate it now. And yes, anime music videos also fall within this realm. Fuck that.

Borderlands The Presequel. It's Borderlands 2, but not as good. I like the moon mechanics(gliding and buttslamming are now sorely missed in Bordelands 2) and I liked playing as Athena, but the fact that you're on the moon kind of ruined the locations. Compared to the other 2 games, PS lacks variety. It all kind of looks the same. Like the moon. The guns are the same too for the most part, even the laser weapons don't feel too different. That being said, I like how Handsome Jacksentric the whole thing was. I know hardcore gamers despise the writing and characters in these games, but I like them. I also like that they added extra dialogue to the characters you play as. They actually have personalities now instead of being mostly blank slates before. Also, the last level is super fucking rad.

Hey, there are kids in Africa right now, just hanging out....doing stuff. I don't know what. I've never been to Africa. There's lions and stuff there I think. But they don't have Panera Bread or Hobby Lobby there. That sucks. Think about that next time you bitch about your mp3 download speeds and your soy decaf caramel macchiatos and whatnots. Jerk.

There's a difference between asking a small forum like this. We all kind of know each other and can gauge how much an individual's opinion matters, but it's a different thing to ask gamefaqs or neogaf about shit like that. youre basically asking for hyperbole and fanboy bias. Useless.
