  1. I dont know if they ruined Sansa or if she was written this way in the books, but it's a real shame. The actress has gotten a lot better over the years and at times the character shines a bit, but then real bad shit happens to her that makes her seem like nothing but a tool for the other characters. Her being one of 2 of the only remaining Starks also doesnt help. I know that people have pushed aside the red wedding, but I wonder if there will ever be some kind of real revenge for that. I cant see Arya killing any of the Boltons. Theyll probably die by the time she's ready since her training is taking for-fucking-ever. And it sure as fuck isnt going to be Sansa. In an ideal world, Sansa fucks over the Boltons in some way and is instrumental to them losing Winterfell. Who knows. As for Stannis, withouth the women in his life he'd be a good king. With just Davos and his daughter he'd be fine, but I get a sort of betrayal eventually from Melisandre. She's too vague about Stannis's supposed future succeess. Like she knows more than she tells him. And if she doesnt betray him, her having any power I think would be bad. Her having a king would make things bad. She just seems like she's more "evil" than what has been shown so far. Or maybe Im just being paranoid.
  2. Sam got laid and Bronn isn't dead. That shot's crazy. I'm not a big fan of the Sansa situation though. I hope the payoff is worth it.
  3. Six Flags was always the bootleg Disneyland, wasn't it? Our parents just didn't have the hearts to tell us.

Yeah, as has been said, totally different. GA actually aimed for new thrill rides on a regular basis, as well as other stuff that could make you puke and/or lose your belongings. I much prefer that approach.

Action Park was the best though, accidental deaths be damned. For real though those are messed up. For real though, Action Park was always my favorite. Look up "cannonball loop" if you want to see some interesting footage.

  4. well I'm already level 34 and I already beat Skolas. I need the helmet and chest piece from variks and more or less I'll be set. PvE wise anyways. I don't thing I'll ever get the ToO stuff.
  5. Had they included all the dlc and improvements for $60(full price game) on release day it could have easily been a GOTY. Its really good now, if you didnt pay the full price plus the dlc price. The grind is so minimal now, id say its slashed by more than half. Plus the "good" loot drops like crazy. Though that makes it so everyone has everything now, which Im not ok with. But whatever. In short - they made it more like Borderlands. Which is how it should have been. As it stands, its fine. A ripoff, but fine. The "Definitive Edition" will be great.
  6. Big towns, people to talk to, side missions and minigames to do, open landscapes, and monster collecting. The light platforming was nice too. And Serah and Noel are infinitely more likeable than Lightning. Its a more traditional Final Fantasy, or jrpg in general. People like a living breathing world instead of hallways. And from what I remember, most of the locations are new. Monsters and characters are recycled, everything else is new though. If you compare it to FFX-2, which did this exact thing, FF13-2 is about 75% to 85% new stuff. The game doesnt take 30(60?) fucking hours to start either, so a lot of people stuck with it this time. Ill always defend the paradigm shift system in FF13, but the only time it shines is during some boss fights and when you do end game shit. Which is to say that its almost nonexistent to most. The battle system sucks through most of the game. FF13-2 is enjoyable throughout. And also N7 costumes. And for the record, I was one trophy away from my FF13 platinum trophy. I played the shit out of that game, so Im actually a fan.
  7. Do people in general enjoy pvp in games like this? This is the only game that I've ever played pvp on. I can't say I enjoy it as much as the single player. I'm not even bad at it, but competition in general is unfun to me. Any kind of reward or feeling of accomplishment is gone in pvp even if I do well because there's too many variables. You'll never know how good you really are. It's all random matchmaking. You can be the best and still lose because the 5 other dudes suck. Other times even if you're good you'll be way at the bottom because the people they teamed you up with are hardcore. Pvp just carries frustration a single player game will never match. I bring this up because of the trials of Osiris. I won one match, then lost 3. The other dudes were fully decked out in their trials gear and that immediately killed any desire to go back to it. It made me realize that the best pvp players will keep coming back to trials to wipe out all the weaklings, even if they get all the gear. People somehow feel accomplishment in basically barring others from rewards. That's the way I see it because playing against bad teams gets dull to me quickly. Lack of challenge is dull. I don't understand why you'd keep coming back.
  8. Do you guys enjoy watching other people play videogames? Ive always hated it since the NES days. I hated passing the controller back and forth when I had to play with someone else. Just sitting there watching and waiting for my turn. I just dont understand why streaming/broadcasting videogames is so popular. What's so fun or informative about it? I try as hard as I can to avoid watching videos. Id rather read about something videogame related than watching. Ill watch a trailer, but I cant watch a guy play a game and talk at the same time. Its torture. Apparently some people say its about the personality of the person more than the game, that that's what makes it entertaining....but....that just doesnt make any sense. Internet personalitites are still in their infancy. They still carry all the awkwardness of 1980s nerds. Why would you want to waste your time watching that? And I wont even get into kids watching Minecraft videos more than actually playing Minecraft. Im pretty sure theyre going to grow up retarded from that.
  9. The last thing I expected was a religious cult taking over King's Landing. Absolutely nothing led me to believe that was ever going to happen in this show. I havent read the books, but it just feels like they threw it in there to give Cersei and all the King's Landing people something to do. It feels like a bad cut & paste job. Like they took it from another show and jammed it in here.
  10. I think Im criticizing it in a way that I feel that a lot of these stories could be condensed into 10 minutes each without losing any impact or feeling. The Arya stuff just needs a montage. I feel neutral about the whole thing. I need to see some results. She needs to seriously learn some shit already. The season is almost over. I didnt expect it to take this long. Sansa gets married and fucked by Ramsay. Thats about 5 minutes of material. We already know Ramsay is evil, we dont need any more. Not to mention that Ramsay has been nice to her, which makes the show boring. Theres nothing interesting going on there. Theon is as useless as ever, though that will probably change by the end of the season. Dany hasnt done shit besides burn those 2 or 3 dudes to death a few episodes back, which was rad. The religious militia thing is going to backfire on Cersei cus of her incest thing Im assuming. So im just waiting on that. What Tyrion is doing is also pointless, but at least we get some good dialogue with his scenes. Theyre not a complete waste. Im waiting on the payoff with whatever Littefinger is planning. Where the fuck is Varys? Jon Snow is the only one to me that matters in Westeros. It matters what he does. What everyone else does doesnt. It just feels like theyre stretching the show out, or they dont know where to go with it. Or both. It feelsto me like the people responsible for the show dont have the confidence to move the show forward in any meaningful way.
  11. The Joker has been done so many different ways visually and as a character. Im not sure why people are so over protective. Youd think they removed Batman's ears and cowl. Shit's not like that. Honestly, unless he did something completely different, the comparisons to Ledger were going to tear his performance apart. He would have no chance. But now theyre too different to be compared, which is smart. That being said, I hate about 95% of the tattoos. Im not opposed to a tattooed Joker, but the face shit is too much. And this is more my problem than anything, but he looks like Marilyn Manson too much. Not even the cool Mechanical Animals era Manson, he looks like the old fat Manson.
  12. Ths entire season so far has been about Jon Snow, which is fine. He's the only one moving forward, but the rest of the storylines are just fucking stuck. Nothing has happened except for that shit at King's Landing with that religious bullshit. Im not sure why, but that whole stroyline seems bad. Like, it feels like it doesnt belong there or something. Surely there had to be another way to point out to every viewer that the current king is a bitch. The whole thing just doesnt seem plausible to me. Im assuming we'll at least get a huge battle near the end at Winterfell. I hope thats good. Im also really looking forward to Ramsay getting killed. Though Im not sure if they should do it yet. Its the only real good villain the show has. They should probably keep him around longer. And Jamie and Bronn are on the most hilarious and obvious busy work ever on a tv show. They have no idea what to do with them. Which is a shame because theyre both good characters. Especially Bronn. I like Bronn so much that Im expecting him to get raped any day now.
  13. By the way, if trials of osiris is going to be like salvage, Ill probably drop it quickly. Salvage is just really boring and takes way too long to get through a match. Not to mention that one player alone can dominate the entire match with a machine gun. The person still has to be good with it, but the game shouldnt be that unbalanced.
  14. Its a timesink, thats for sure. I think the problem with loot in Destiny is that each good weapon(legendary/exotic) is precious. You can level it up and youll probably keep it for months on end, or forever. Its useable for that long. Compared to something like Diablo 3 or Borderlands, where most loot doesnt keep its usefullness. You cycle through weapons really fast. Theyre meant to be thrown away and replaced. Kind of keeps the game fresh. Diablo is more stat heavy while Destiny is more perk heavy with it's loot. At least thats what Ive noticed.
  15. Salvage sucks butt. Lucky for me I got a HoW scout rifle in my second match. If nothing else, it's good for getting passage coins too. Whatever those are for.
  16. I actually own both. If you're not interested in the other games in Dracula x chronicles, just get the ps1 Classic. You won't miss out on much. It's basically the same game. Only things that stand out is the new voices acting and playable Maria. I'm a sucker for extra characters, but Maria is pretty boring to play with. She's not nearly as full fledged as richter. Visually it looks identical. No noticeable bugs or bug fixes really. Same game. You can add shit to the sides to fill out the screen if that's something you care about, otherwise it's a full screen game. You also have to unlock symphony by playing a bit of Dracula x. It's not available from the start. It doesn't take too long, but whatever. That being said, Dracula x chronicles is a fantastic package. If you like the older castlevania games, you can't go wrong with it.
  17. Yesterday's episode is my first official bad episode of GoT. I know the internet probably has like 50 episodes they have already dissected and torn apart, but I tend to be pretty forgiving when it comes to tv shows and movies. This one was bad though. There's about 5 minutes of shit that actually matters in this episode. The rest of it was pointless.
  18. Oh yeah. Obsidian Mind is a must have for warlocks. I havent taken it off since I got it. You combine that with Bad Juju and youre destroying everything left and right. And I was only counting exotic weapons. I forgot there were TDB exotic armors.
  19. I never really thought about it, but The Dark Below really isnt essential. The raid is super tedious compared to the first one, theres only 4 new exotics which mostly suck, the supposed best gun in the game(Necrochasm) is terrible, the 2 new strikes are super long and boring, and the story missions are few and very samey. I also tend to not play the new multiplayer maps. I didnt think too much of them. Yeah if youre interested, get vanilla at 20 or 30 bucks, then if you still want to play more, get House Of Wolves.

  21. It all depends on how much time you want to waste on a game. The vanilla game is either very short or very long. You want to just fuck with the campaign and then be done with it? It's a rental. Or wait til its 20 bucks or something. You want to get all the best weapons and armors, do the raids and play PvP with your friend(s)? Buy the whole package. For completionists, its actually a very long game. The problem is that expectations were very high for this one. Especially since stuff like Diablo and Borderlands exists. It falls quite short of those. Not to mention that youll be doing the same shit over and over, not much different than Diablo really. Maybe Halo fans arent Diablo fans, so they didnt know how these type of games work. Who knows. Its all repetitive. Honestly, most of the dlc missions are closed off to you if you arent a high enough level, which you wont be by the time the campaign is over. Its end game content. Same with the raids. And in case you havent looked into it, both expansions add new areas to the 4 pre existing planets you can play in, new story missions(story is used very loosely here)new weapons, new armors, new multiplayer maps, a new raid , some type of horde mode, and a new game hub.
  22. Got it on PS4. Probably should have waited til it was on sale, but I really wanted to play it. Oh well. Another US PSN Flash sale -
