  1. I feel like the sticks on the 360 are more precise, have better resistance and a smaller deadzone than the DS3. Even for non fps the 360 controller is superior to me. Forza controls feel way better than GT5 IMO.
  2. Ah, that is a problem with gas costing what it does these days.
  3. Yeah, I mean, they don't shy away from controversy that much. You killed
  4. Your ruling officials are like underwear. They need to be changed regularly.
  5. It makes sense really with the certification BS that MS does but it sucks that they couldn't make it work.
  6. Honestly, I'm not even sure if I'll fullfill the preorder. I just wanted the steelbook. You could use it for any platform since there's no logos on it. only $5 to reserve it.
  7. That is the most kickass box art I've seen in quite some time.
  8. Got my steelbook from BB. It is so pretty.
  9. Yeah, I fail to see how a steam box could be a new product or something which hasn't been done before. It's either a PC and those are available in any form factor you like or it's a game console and then how do they make it compatible with all the windows games?
  10. something about that controller just looks wrong, so so wrong.
  11. Developer: 343 Industries Publisher: Microsoft Games Release Date: 2012 First preview is up. http://www.joystiq.c...-unlockable-ab/ Why do they need to make mulitplayer fit into the story? Also I'm cautious about 343 studios. I hope this game doesn't suck.
  12. I just finished The Last Wish and loved it. Going to get Blood of Elves soon.
  13. FWIW Best Buy is giving away steelbooks with preorders. http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=316762
  14. Not all mid towers are bad. I have an antec 900 and it's plenty big enough for my needs. I used to have an old Antec full tower and that thing was huge and it even made it hard for some cables to reach their destinations. Full towers made of steel are also a bit on the heavy side if you ever want to move your compy.
  15. I finished From Dust and Bulletstorm this weekend. From Dust got a little dull near then end. The whole "we're back to where we started" ending is such a cop out too. Bulletstorm was pretty fun.
  16. but some people can go a long long way to make things make sense to themselves.
  17. Who say I can't be a cyinc too?
  18. Oh I completely disagree. At least on the subconscious level. It's my experience that the most influential person to you is yourself and your feelings and emotions and all kinds of inputs affect your rationality and thought process affecting what things you do or don't accept. I believe deep down that most people choose their religion based on what they want to do and then make their beliefs work around that.
  19. So Kotaku's review is out and they pretty much loved it. http://kotaku.com/5889812/the-last-story-the-kotaku-review I'm a total sucker for Sakagachi's games so I'll probably buy this too but the points in the review about the system advancing and the story being great really get me excited. Anyone else getting this?

  21. I think we need a poll. SNES SimCity is the best by far.
  22. So my theory is that a superhero movie is only as good as the villain and they really hide the villain in the new avengers trailer.

Thanks HH for reinforcing what I said at first. Just didn't feel like expanding upon it. The cardinal rule of filmmaking though is show and don't tell. However a lot of people break in ways that are terrible. You guys should see the scripts that get sent to my office regularly or some of the early drafts of popular films even the usual suspects was shite till the 5th or 7th drafts.

And if there's anyone who's done a lot of script-doctoring, it's Joss Whedon. All said, if the film is comparable to his run on Astonishing X-Men, then I am totally looking forward to it. Even then, some of the 'villains' seemed lacklustre but the team interaction was gold(, Jerry! Gold!)

  23. It's okay to make fun of people as long as they are communists. I thought everyone knew that.
