  1. It's so satisfying when you totally own a match of multiplayer. Had double the points of my nearest teammate. No one could stop my Asari vanguard with Disciple and Predator! I think the Turian soldier with the sniper rifle was grateful for the stasis assists. Of course, it was only Cerberus...
  2. Got my pack for killing a load of Brutes. And it gave me a Widow II. Yay. I just want my Krogan back though.
  3. "It's like a thought with a...another thought's hat on."

  4. Yeah, jimmuh, I'm not gonna read your spoiler-tagged reply, thanks.
  5. I guess he sees it sort of how I do, in that it doesn't really seem like a 'cocktail', which would involved three or more ingredients if you were trying to get technical, so just name it after the alcohol and the mixer?
  6. But he was only a little guy! He could barely shoot above the waist.
  7. Also, this is probably more a personal thing, but some of the writing with Miranda seems a little weak. I mean, the first encounter was really good, but the other stuff feels a bit flat, with some lame dialogue. And I feel perhaps they missed a bigger opportunity with the whole 'femme fatale' idea they had originally imagined for her in ME2. I mean, I guess it depends on what happened at the end of ME2, but they probably could've played up whether you can trust her or not. Then again, I don't know what she's done with those Alliance resources...
  8. I guess it's a bit like, "OK, my mission with the Collectors is done. I'm no longer with Cerberus, back to the Alliance, I go. Some of you may or may not want to stick around." Then the Alliance was all "You think you can just waltz back in here and...just waltz back in here?! You were working with people what do terrorist things. TO PRISON WITH YOU." And instead of Shepard going "Fuck you! I am/was a Spectre or whatever" he was like, "Sure, whatever, guys. But there's one big 'I told you so' coming if the Reapers attack now."
  9. Best non-album Muse track. Or maybe that's Jimmy Kane...or maybe Futurism. Well, it's great anyway.
  10. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-17435159 This is not good.
  11. I believe Mr. Oizo was the writer/director too.
  12. Yeah, actually, does the intro ever openly state what you're imprisoned for? I always felt the section was a little brief and shallow, maybe that's why.
  13. Balak is the terrorist guy from Bring Down The Sky in ME1. He blames the Alliance and picks Shepard as a prime target.
  14. It weakens the 103rd Division by 50 points, apparently. I guess so as not to annoy people who skipped it. Of course, all I saw was this update on it:
  15. Couldn't comment on that, but I got the impression Colors was more restricted in its level design. Generation has some really good levels with branching paths and such. It's just 3D Sonic really does take some getting used to before you can really enjoy it (and even then, you may still have the occasional frustrations).
  16. If you don't have Arrival, it acts like some Alliance group blew up the relay. Hooray! http://blog.bioware.com/2012/03/19/operation-goliath-success-2/
  17. Allow the Asari huntress with PTSD to carry a gun? Yeah, right...
  18. I've probably posted this stuff before but, man, I love this album.
  19. Chris Livingston (creator of Concerned and other funny videogame writings) on ME3.
  20. Hmm, that laser-targeting bit was a little annoying. Nowhere near as bad as the end of Halo: Reach, thankfully. And I felt like a big goddamn hero with the section right after it.
  21. Ordered a t-shirt with this on, because I thought it was a clever, non-tacky way of adapting character imagery. Wanted it for a while but I thought it would cost too much with shipping and everything, but it's not too bad overall.
  22. "It's not kill-stealing. It's kill-helping."
  23. Ah, I see what you mean. Yeah, I guess that would be handy.
