      I especially like the exclusives argument. Artificial barriers to everyone being able to enjoy a game are put forward as a positive thing.

      Also, for anyone who it concerns, I'm not a PC elitist. I own consoles (though I rarely play on them). I'm just tired of seeing people use the same bullcrap arguments over and over and then get refuted, over and over. Such would apply to both the PC and the console side.

       

      It's like watching two parrots squawk at each other. I honestly couldn't care less, but I have to since it's b...

    It's unbelievable that they keep putting that line out there. If I open a convenience store across the street from another convenience store, I'm competing, regardless of how much I refuse to acknowledge it. And they're being doubly competitive by trying to pull their games off of Steam, whether in a roundabout way or directly.

      Now lets see better and more modern spacecraft. Still, having the shuttles run as long as they did and run as relatively reliable (only two major accidents) was an achievement unto itself.

    I read that Old Republic will be an exclusive: now this seems like a bad choice to me. TOR is a gamble anyway, as is any MMO going up against the likes of WoW, and to add the hurdle of not being able to get it through Steam just seems foolish.

Dislikes: Non-staggered stick layout 360 - Likes: Great sticks and triggers, comfort. Dislikes: D-pad, bumpers, the tumor Wiimote/Nunchuk - Likes: I can spread my arms apart, pointing, decent stick.     If you absolutely must cut costs, it actually is better to cut on something more modular like the video card or RAM, rather than processors, which your motherboard may only be able to upgrade so far.

    Just get a disc drive. It just doesn't make much sense to not get one considering how cheap they are. And I assume that's how you're going to install Windows? By the way, ATIs are just fine; the only big advantage I've found with nvidia is their drivers rock. If money's no object, go nvidia though. Oh yeah, and I would avoid microATX mobos. They are good values but you're gonna kick yourself later when you need more pci slots.
