I just gave my Amnesia demo a go after not getting around to it forever. It takes a LOT for a game to spook me since horror/survivals are in my favorite genre. But even the demo managed to get me with the unseeable monster in the water. I'm keeping my eyes peeled for when this game becomes 75% off on steam.

Might have to make another hospital visit tomorrow, only this time I have the insurance for it. I'm still going to insist on just getting some medicine instead of all those expensive, uneccessary tests.

Well, I wouldn't say quick, but I should be covered so the most I'd have to spend wouldn't be more than $20 depending on the medication. The hospital here requires at least a four hour wait to even get seen.

On the way home from a jog I saw a family stranded on the sidewalk with a broken down car. They had kids and it was really hot out, so I figured I'd rush home and grab them some bottled water. It's a good thing I did because I had dropped my phone on the street and found it on my way back. Instant karma?

Managed to save up enough to put $60 to Guild Wars 2. Damn, even PC games are getting ridiculously expensive.

I'm really hating these online behavior assessments for jobs. Weird questions like "Have you ever told a white lie?" "Would you say most people are honest?" No matter what I answer I feel like a tool, these questions don't define my work ethic and they sure as hell don't have anything to do with the job. Stop being lazy jerks with these online tests and train managers to be better interviewers. A computer is not a good judge of character.

It's about damn time I got approved for free healthcare, I've managed to wrack up well over $25,000 in medical bills uninsured and I'd prefer not to add more to it. If things turn terminal do me a favor and just take me out back Old Yeller style, because fuck this healthcare system.

I did get approved, thankfully. I've been disregarding doctors appointments in the past because I just cannot afford it. I'm on a waiting list to see a regular physician, but once they realize I have immunity deficiencies they should bump me up on the list. As far as the debt I'll just have to set up a payment plan

Hey, Malicious, do you know which plants would be safe to keep around cats? I was thinking of a hanging plant because it would be harder to reach for them, but I still want to make sure it's non-toxic because they're bound to find a way in it sooner or later.
