I'm going to beat Silent Hill: Downpour on the hardest difficulty if it kills me... Well, Murphy in this case. They really buffed up the fighting aspect of this game, it's a lot harder to bash through monsters than it was in the last series, especially since weapons break on you.

I think I overdid my morning jog... I can barely breathe. My chest is pounding and I can hear myself wheezing. But despite it all... I feel pretty good. Tao is probably the easiest character for me to use--I've always been pretty good with speedsters. Litchi is proving to be a challenge to master, but I'm slowly getting the hang of using her staff properly.

I had a friend visit Dublin and they had asked for a beer--and apparently didn't realize that they don't chill their beers. When he told me about it I explained it's because American beer sucks so they have to chill it to suck less.

Playing Silent Hill Downpour...I was THIS close to getting the 'all side quests completed' achievement, but nooooo. After like, running around forever and bashing the skulls in of all those monsters... There's a glitch that refuses to let me complete a quest. FFFFF---

What do you guys do when you can't sleep? I've tried all my usual remedies but I'm not able to relax enough to fall asleep lately. I don't like taking sleeping pills because they tend to make me sick.

Bailey's Minis seem to sit pretty well with me lately. I need to avoid bourbon, whiskey, and beer because they tend to give me coughing fits...It could just be because of how strong the drink is, but Bailey's have 17% so I'm not sure if that's the case. I miss my booze...

I don't really get into board games that are very complex, but I have played Arkham Horror quite a few times with a friend who's really into it. I thought it was a pretty entertaining game, and I did enjoy not having to spend an hour trying to understand a mountain of intricate rules throughout the game.

Been spending a lot of time on my bike, and since I bought lights for them I've been hitting forest trails later in the night. I think I prefer biking the forest trails at night because it's cooler, quieter, and you get a pretty damned good view of the night sky when you hit the clearing. Not to mention it's aaaaaall uphill. My legs hurt so bad when I get home.
