Happy to see that I'm not the only one posting in here anymore~ Would love to see more.

I love my point and click adventure games. I play Sam and Max, King's Quest, Monkey Islands and so on over and over.

Bought Alan Wake. Stopped around chapter 2. This almost seems like a Stephen King-ish game.

I feel pretty accomplished beating this.

I've been itching to play a good horror game for the Xbox that was under $20, so I kind of had to make the decision between Silent Hill: Homecoming and Alan Wake. I ended up getting Alan Wake, because I had seen so many cutscenes from SH:H that I felt it was 'trying way too hard'. So I went with Alan Wake. I'll save my Silent Hill cravings for when the new one comes out this year.

So I got up a little late this afternoon, was starving, so decided to cut myself a slice of garlic bread I bought the other night. I couldn't find my bread slicer so I went for the only larger knife I could find. My neighbor's friends pulled into the driveway, and their bass was blaring to the point my house rattled. I went to the window to see, and they took one look and saw me staring at them, then turned their music off immediately. I'm assuming this is what they saw because they looked spooked.

I do appreciate they added some greenery and swamps to the environment as far as exploration goes. It gets boring very fast seeing nothing but rock and snow. I love to travel on foot so I can stop and thoroughly explore dungeons and caves, and the scenery just makes it that more fun to do.

Redid it, gave her blue eyes instead and touched the lines up a tad.
